5 years ago Kiana/Kiara is very rude and should not be allowed to work with customers. 09/13/2025 signs say they close at 10. Walked in at 9:37 and all the veggies but one were put up. All cheeses were put up. All condiments were put up. The service line was bare! Only three meats out. Told lady THREE times I wanted turkey and may first but she grabbed ham and started slopping it on the bread. I walked out.

AC is out. The music is often loud here. Today is the day the AC is out. The staff also has a register issue...and customers are waiting and ready to pay. The staff is not answering...ten minutes and the franchise owner or manager finally called back. Continued issues getting the register to work. Something about a cash drawer change out...but meanwhile their staff is working in hot environment..and the customers are waiting for the register..
