I should’ve looked at the reviews before i wasted my money. UNSANITARY FOR STARTERS. Honestly this place should be shut down. I walk it the lids are left up for everything no one attending the front god knows how long all that has been sitting there touching the germ filled air. The employee extremely off-putting, put barely anything on my sandwich, complained, and made me so uncomfortable. I absolutely hated this experience will never come near this place again. Shut down.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIRST THEY SAID I WAS AT THE WRONG STORE THEN THEY CHANGED THEIR EXCUSE AND SAID SOMEONE ALREADY PICKED UP THE FOOD. THEN REFUSED TO REMAKE OR REFUND MY MONEY. WILL NEVER GO TO SUBWAY AGAIN!

DO NOT GO THIS SUBWAY! They will just give your food away to anyone that walks in. Tried to get my 60$ sandwiches for my family and they said 2 teens just walked in and took it. And then they refused to refund me. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!

They put no sauce on my sandwich that I asked for extra sauce on, I counted 6 little pieces of chicken on my whole footlong and the foot long pretzel I got was hard as a rock and inedible. Terrible subway never go there unless you want something to complain about. Scrap that restaurant.

Excellent service, the store is super clean and everything is very fresh and the best thing is the training to guide customers on how to use the subway app, the manager was very attentive

I see that I’m not the only one complaining about the service at this location.
All these darn fast food places require an order through their app to take advantage of any specials or discounts. I hate it but I’m forced to do it their way.
Placed our order online in the parking lot in front of the store on what was beginning to be a very busy lunch at SW. We asked where to pick up online orders and was told they don’t touch them till the order line is cleared. What??
As we sat waiting, we counted 8 people who walked in, ordered & were already eating & still our order wasn’t being filled. (Mind you the workers already knew we were there.) We got into line as people still were lining up behind us, at least 6, and finally got our sandwiches.
What kind of practice is this? We had already ordered, already paid, and had let them know we were there yet there was no intention to start our order until the line was empty.
The young women at the counter were very friendly but I’m there to get what I already paid for in a timely fashion.
We won’t go back when there is another location a couple of blocks away way & Jersey Mike’s across the street.

I think this location needs to hire another employee to work the evening shift. It appears that having only one young man there isn’t enough to keep supplies stocked and things clean, even when there are no customers to help.

I ordered to cookies and she took my order then kept talking to the other customer for 10 minutes before i decided to leave. There were only 1 other customer in the store. Very unprofessional I will not be coming back

I placed an order through the app and got the absolute worst sandwiches (4) EVER!!! For starters: I literally had 6 leaves of spinach on one footlong, no lettuce on the other one, banana peppers that weren't supposed to be on one, hardly any meat on one, one was almost naked, and then they were smashed!
