I never can understand how a STEAK restaurant cannot make a steak correctly! Not one, not two but 4 steaks and 1 hamburger all under cooked.
We asked for 1 steak to be redone and it came back more rare than the first one.
Tell your wait staff that just because our food was delivered doesn't mean their job is over. Never was checked on to see if our food was done correctly or ask us if we need a refill
I was so disappointed in my take out tonight, I arrived early was told my food was ready and on the way out…20 min later my son went in to get it. The food was very cold as it sat for so long, the text said to stay in the car so I’m very confused why it was 20 min that we waited. I attempted to call but no answer, and you ask for tip in advance! Had I known about the terrible service I wouldn’t have tipped….wont be back
The food was delicious and our server Christian was 5 star on point with everything.
The entire staff was courteous and friendly,They also had a great location for families who bring their own highchair like ourselves.
We frequent this location and there is always great food and service but tonight Christian put the exclamation point on another great experience.
