The past 3 Togo orders we've recieved from this location, we have been double charged. They fixed it the 1st time, 2nd time they ended up comping it all because it was all wrong and missing items. Just decided to try them again, and again.. lots of issues. Food not prepared as ordered, 4 cars pulled up after us and recieved their order very quickly and we messaged to say our spot # and still had to wait 30 min. When the employee was outside taking care of a car that came after us, we asked where is our order. They had it ready because he came right back out with it. Online and Togo orders have been terrible the past year or more. They used to go over everything in the bag with you to make sure it was correct. We keep trying occasionly to order there but at this point, we're switching steak houses and I hate that but the amount we pay and the Togo service is bad, double charging twice and missing items multiple times isnt worth the hassle to go back. Check your orders if you do online or even call in. Highly unpleased! Oh and no they didn't do any comping, sorry, nothing. Wonder how many people get charged double and not notice.. I'm a server somewhere else and I know the game. We always take care of our customers.

My grandchild's school had a fundraiser. They took orders for the dinner rolls, $10 per order and I ordered two (totaling $20). The form stated Texas Roadhouse would notify me when I could pick up order but two days before school break for the holiday I received notice from Texas Roadhouse that my order had been picked up. I called the school and was told they were not picking up orders and I would have to check with Texas Roadhouse which I did more than once. Needless to say I never got my rolls nor a refund and until today have not been able to get either. I am sorely disappointed as everyone was counting on those rolls at our family dinner. This fundraiser was held at Brothers Elementary in Shadow Creek Ranch, Pearland, Texas. I have my receipt but I became disheartened and gave up, attributing this to my misfortune and a lesson learned.

I’d like to preface this by saying I don’t typically leave bad reviews. Everyone has a bad day from time-to-time. I realize Texas Roadhouse is not a high end steak house, but we drop in occasionally and will sit at the bar for a couple of drinks and a steak. Tonight we ordered a sirloin and the 12 oz. ribeye to go. Sadly, the ribeye was not even 1/2” thick. The sirloin was considerably thicker. I’ve honestly seen thicker steaks at Denny’s. Both steaks were ordered medium rare and were tough and chewy. The ribeye was maybe a hair overcooked, but nothing I couldn’t overlook. I’m sure it was due to how thin it was. Unfortunately, the best part of the meal was the rolls and salad. Not sure we’ll be returning.

Never in my life have I ever had such bad mac and cheese. You have to go out of your way to make cheese and noodles taste like nothing. It's un-American and a crime probably. Quick question to the chef, why do you hate your customers? Wouldn't therapy be a better option?

Very disappointed this evening, my husbands food was cooked wrong we had to send it back, my sons good was cold he just ate the applesauce, my steak and potatoe and mushrooms were very cold, I was very hungry and didn't want to send my food back in which I should have. The manager Desiree wasn't very helpful and wasn't even compassionate, thank you to the waiter who was trying his best. Unfortunately won't ever come to this roadhouse location again.
I ordered the larger New York sirloin, medium. The size of the meat was just the right amount, not too big and not too small. The center was soft, but the edges were a bit overcooked, even though the inside was pink. It was hard. Medium rare might have been better.
I thought I ordered mashed potatoes as an accompaniment, but the baked sweet potato came with a marshmallow on it, as if I had misheard it. The potatoes had a crunchy sweetness and were great as a dessert, but they didn't go well with the steak (lol).The second side dish, the house salad + blue cheese sauce, had a decent amount, but it wasn't too heavy and I could eat it normally. As expected, the taste of the vegetables was bland, which left me with the impression that it couldn't be helped.
The first drink I was asked for was a cola. I don't think the price was written on the menu, but I think it was around 3.5$. Refills are free.
The atmosphere is great, but the floor is slippery so be careful when walking.

Texas Roadhouse is one of favorite steak place that is not to expensive. Great waitress and food was good. Service was good. Super busy place so plan ahead and expect a wait, but its worth the wait.

Saturday around 5p jam packed, didn't have the cut we were interested in so had to get something different. Then they were improperly cooked to order and only half of the table were able to eat because they settled for whatever was brought out to our table. The entire meal was a huge cluster.
