The manager, “Jose O”, I spoke to was very snarky, sarcastic apologies and everything, was extremely unhelpful, and did not care that their employees carelessness lead to complications with my boyfriend’s medical disability. He left their restaurant throwing up and in severe pain due to their failure. I will not be returning to this location ever, and most likely will not be eating at any Texas Roadhouse ever again because their staff is either too incompetent or lacking in basic human decency to make proper accommodations for those of us with disabilities.

Spot on as usual. I sat at the bar, was served by Micah. Great smile and attitude. Considering it was 8:30pm when I got there. My 11oz sirloin steak was a perfect med rare. Baked tater with butter and bacon. Side Ceasars salad. The manager Ashley brought me my food, even seen her bussing a few tables. Hats off to a manager that will get in the hustle.

A roach crawled across our table during dinner. We brought it to the attention of the waitress and unfortunately she showed no concern or offered any assistance. The lack of hygiene and poor customer service were unacceptable. We were disappointed and did not finish our meal. We are leaving a one-star review due to the overall experience.
While at the restaurant an elder lady came in for a to go order with her husband military ID for discount because he is disabled loosing a leg during WW2 the manager was very rude not accepting it. The another vet spoke out about his actions then payed for their meal and called him out verbally. The lack of respect this manager had for a WW2 vet especially his wife. We will never go to a texas roadhouse again.
