I didn't know cockroaches came as the live entertainment at this Roadhouse.We had an excellent Server. Madison so sweet and excellent communication. But the Roaches ? gotta go!!

The experience started well but ended badly. The food was good and the service from our server was good. However, while we were eating a server knocked a tray with pitchers of tea and water all over my family and our food. He did not apologize or offer to help clean up. We were given one napkin from a different server to try and dry off. It was a 3 almost full pitchers. My son was drenched, crying and my wife's purse was wet. The booth was dripping and had puddled liquid on it. Our food was wet. The servers watched us. The manager came by minutes later and asked if we needed anything but offered no assistance or apology. Our server asked us if we needed to go boxes and apologized. It was a bad experience with no sympathy. Yes accidents happen. But we didn't go out to eat and pay money to get soaked with sweet tea. It will be a long while before we go back.

Great Food with a Side of Confusion at the Host StandThis evening, Texas Roadhouse provided a mixed bag of experiences. The culinary highlight was undoubtedly the 23 Oz bone-in tomahawk ribeye steak, cooked to a perfect medium rare. The double serving of green beans was also superbly prepared and left me wanting more. All family members thoroughly enjoyed their meals, which was a big plus.However, the service experience had its ups and downs. After receiving a text that we were next to be seated, there was some confusion at the host stand. Initially directed to a waiting area, we stood there for ten minutes until another message prompted us to check in again. This time, the interaction with a different hostess was less than helpful, and there seemed to be a lack of communication among the staff, which led to some unnecessary frustration. The first hostess seemed more interested in putting lip gloss on and looking good than helping guests.Despite the rocky start, our waitress was exceptional—attentive, efficient, and always ensuring our needs were met, from keeping our drinks topped up to accommodating all our requests. She certainly salvaged our evening with her stellar service.In conclusion, while the hosting staff could improve their coordination and communication, the excellent food and our waitress's efforts made our visit to Texas Roadhouse worthwhile. We left satisfied with our meal, hoping that the initial service hiccup was just an off day at the host stand.Dietary restrictions: Carnivore, keto, diabetic, and vegetarian.

Beware of falling Roaches!We are here from Michigan visiting my daughter and her family here in Texas and we visited the Texas Roadhouse in Friendswood, Tx.Great Service by our waiter Raul. Hands down his service was above and beyond. Ask for him, he will surpass your expectations!As my daughter was enjoying her meal, a roach fell from the ceiling. We called for a manager but one never came over until my daughter went and found a manager who had just punched in for his shift and he immediately came to our table and was very very apologetic. The other manager did come over after I announced that she NEVER came to our table as requested (Me being an HR Manager for Aerospace and Aeronautics found this appalling and she would have immediately been reprimanded)They did remake my daughter's food to go BUTthat was disgusting and caused a good time to end. Fix your roach problem

Came in to celebrate marrying my wife and had an absolutely amazing time! Great deals, came in for the early dine deal and it was fantastic. Heather was our server, highly attentive with refills on the rolls and drinks. I definitely recommend her to anyone who visits this location. Food came out cooked perfectly, both steaks cooked to the right temperature. Will be coming back!
