Our waitress was Taylor and she was outstanding the food and the atmosphere was amazing, but she made it special. She went above and beyond, kept my tea filled, listened to stories, compared me to her grandfather and loved ne sharing a picture of my Granddaughter who actually looks like Boo from Monsters Inc. My wife and I was celebrating our 37 anniversary and she made it a special celebration.

Went here for a company dinner with the crew, and overall, it was solid. The food at Cheesecake Factory is pretty much always good—you know what you're getting, and the menu has plenty of options for everyone. I had a steak that was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Everyone else seemed happy with their meals too, no complaints there. The service was a little off—not bad, just kind of odd—but nothing that ruined the experience. Overall, a good spot for a group dinner.

This restaurant is usually packed on weekends like most places are. Weekdays are a better option if possible. The food was good I had the Baja chicken. My other half enjoyed his order but I don't remember what he had unfortunately although he did mention he was surprised at how delicious his meal was. I haven't been here before other than to get some cheesecake. The place was clean and staff friendly. And of course can't leave without our cheesecakes! Which were phenomenal as always. Yum!

I hate to do this but I must get this off my chest…last night was my surprise bday celebration at Cheesecake Factory.

Upon arriving with my party of 5 , they went in to to let them know we were here. The hostess whom was white told us to wait and was given a 15 minutes wait, that wasn’t a problem. We’ve gotten our text that our table was ready but unknown to us she put us down for 4. Yes mistakes does happen, we are all human so a black woman hostess wearing all black came and told us we will need to wait another 15 minutes to get another table ready.

I politely asked her why didn’t we just get the table for 4 and just give us a high chair for the baby. She told us in a condescending tone, saying that we only waited 15 minutes prior and another 15 minutes shouldn’t be a problem. I asked her what happen to our table she stated they gave it to others that just walked in. Then she turned her back to us like we wasn’t important and the nice white young lady came to apologize.

Umm are you kidding me?!

I hope the manager or owner reprimands her cause her attitude will run business away.

Btw I’m a proud black woman that’s writing this review.

I understand there’s a wait on a busy night and after we took 6 minutes too long to get back to the host stand we had to rejoin, understandable. Then we were never put back on the wait like they said they would do. Waited for nothing, wasted time and the host had a nasty attitude like she didn’t forget to put us on the wait.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for lunch earlier today expecting an experience on par with what Cheesecake Factory can provide.

Our initial server that greeted us and took our order was of an expected quality, I don't have any complaints about her.

Right after we ordered our food we were informed we had a new server, as shift change was happening. We didn't think much of how this would impact our meal, which in hindsight was probably a mistake.

Our new server, Whittany, was (aside from bringing us the food we ordered prior) unengaging and inattentive. I had asked to have my water refilled while we were eating (as one does) and didn't receive a refill until we were almost finished with out meals. On top of that, she took an exorbitantly long time to bring us the bill after having already brought us to-go boxes as we were finished eating.

We called a different employee over to our table to let them know we were ready for the check, and to let our server know. When she brought us the check, she gave my girlfriend an extremely obvious side-eye that felt entirely unnecessary and unprofessional. She needs to do better, and not take out frustrations causes by her own inadequacy on patrons of the business she works at. If we return and end up having her as our server we'll be requesting another.

Sat at the bar. Bartender appeared only interested in talking with other members of the staff. I had to speak up for drinks and food. We ordered small plates and appetizers. The chicken was burnt. It felt like I had to wait an extremely long time for its replacement, almost like punishment.

Went to pickup my bday slice of cheesecake along with an appetizer. Service was prompt. It's always like that when I visit this location. No complaints. Keep up the good work! Oh and please keep the triple berry bliss in stock. It's my fave and always sold out when I stop by lol.
