Great food with good size portions

Everything we tried was so delicious. We ate the carrot appetizer, sweet corn tamale cakes, club sandwich, and fettuccine Alfredo. The carrots had a wonderful sweetness that wasn't overly sweet. The sweet corn tamale cakes were sweet but had so much flavor mixed with the toppings and spicy sauce. And every flavor cheesecake has been amazing.

It’s been a while since we’ve been to the cheesecake factory. Now I remembered why it’s been so so long. The prices are a bit steep for what you get. For three people to eat there it cost us $160 roundabout. my wife had a chop salad. I had a Cobb salad and my son had a cheeseburger. And then we also got dessert that we took home with us. The food wasn’t top-quality the lettuce that was in my Cobb salad and my wife’s chop salad was a bit rusty. next time I think we’re only gonna go back for some dessert but as far as the main entrées, I can’t see it being worth the money we’ve had other dishes before, but they seem to lack in flavor that could be part of one of the reasons why it’s been a while since we’ve been back

I've been calling since the morning to place an order for a cheesecake for a luncheon I have tomorrow and the phone keeps ringing.
One time a young lady answered me and I told her I just wanted to place an order to pick up a cheesecake tomorrow morning for pick up at 12am and she said she was transferring me to the bakery and it just kept ringing.
I do not want to pay online which is why I did not place my order online.
I don't live nearby to just drive there....this is in route to where my luncheon is being held at the UTMB Clear Lake hospital and it will be too late to place the order in the morning since they open at 11am...my luncheon is at 11:30am....I'm frustrated....I feel a business should always have someone answering phone lines.

Swung by for lunch and had a good visit. I’m a sucker for their Shepherds Pie and the kiddo and the wife liked their meals as well. Wife drank the JW Lemonade and liked it a lot. I got the house Pinot Noir and I don’t really care for it. The Sauv Blanc was good tho… and obviously the cheese cake was amazing.

To be fair, they lost power and perhaps that is why the food was not as good as it could have been considering the cost. Our server was fantastic. And of course the cheesecake was great.

Very nice food. The only downside was that the restrooms were a little messy.

Our waitress was Taylor and she was outstanding the food and the atmosphere was amazing, but she made it special. She went above and beyond, kept my tea filled, listened to stories, compared me to her grandfather and loved ne sharing a picture of my Granddaughter who actually looks like Boo from Monsters Inc. My wife and I was celebrating our 37 anniversary and she made it a special celebration.

Went here for a company dinner with the crew, and overall, it was solid. The food at Cheesecake Factory is pretty much always good—you know what you're getting, and the menu has plenty of options for everyone. I had a steak that was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Everyone else seemed happy with their meals too, no complaints there. The service was a little off—not bad, just kind of odd—but nothing that ruined the experience. Overall, a good spot for a group dinner.

This restaurant is usually packed on weekends like most places are. Weekdays are a better option if possible. The food was good I had the Baja chicken. My other half enjoyed his order but I don't remember what he had unfortunately although he did mention he was surprised at how delicious his meal was. I haven't been here before other than to get some cheesecake. The place was clean and staff friendly. And of course can't leave without our cheesecakes! Which were phenomenal as always. Yum!

I hate to do this but I must get this off my chest…last night was my surprise bday celebration at Cheesecake Factory.

Upon arriving with my party of 5 , they went in to to let them know we were here. The hostess whom was white told us to wait and was given a 15 minutes wait, that wasn’t a problem. We’ve gotten our text that our table was ready but unknown to us she put us down for 4. Yes mistakes does happen, we are all human so a black woman hostess wearing all black came and told us we will need to wait another 15 minutes to get another table ready.

I politely asked her why didn’t we just get the table for 4 and just give us a high chair for the baby. She told us in a condescending tone, saying that we only waited 15 minutes prior and another 15 minutes shouldn’t be a problem. I asked her what happen to our table she stated they gave it to others that just walked in. Then she turned her back to us like we wasn’t important and the nice white young lady came to apologize.

Umm are you kidding me?!

I hope the manager or owner reprimands her cause her attitude will run business away.

Btw I’m a proud black woman that’s writing this review.
