I did an order pick-up ....and will not do that again. The tostones were dry, soggy and cold ....fried food needs to be ordered in house to be hot and crispy! My fault!!
I was disappointed with Cuban sandwich though. My husband is Cuban....born in Havana and I have had authentic Cuban food straight from my mother-in-laws kitchen!! Amazing!! The bread should be a true hard outside crust french bread and very thinly sliced pork and ham meats, pickles, and a Swiss cheese pressed...
On a whim we decided to stop at this quaint place, nestled at the end of a shopping center, and happy we did.The menu is not large, but all items we got were packed with flavor. Ropa vieja empanadas were so good, and the green sauce they come with is the perfect pairing. We’ll be back to try more. The drink menu looked appealing too.
Flavorful Arroz con pollo and Sandwich Cubano with a side of mojito but can’t forget the plantain chips and bread slices with yummy sauces. Ended with sweet perfection, Flan ?Waiter is new so be kind he’s doing his best to provide good service.
