When I had questions about the menu, he answered every single one with confidence and accuracy, breaking down the flavor profile of each dish in a way that actually helped me decide. His recommendation of the blackened red snapper was spot-on and ended up being one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. It felt less like a suggestion and more like expert guidance.
What really set him apart, though, was his awareness. My drink was never empty—not once. Refills showed up before I even noticed my glass was low. That level of attentiveness is rare and says everything about how closely he pays attention to his tables.

Everything we ordered between the 3 of us was DELICIOUS although the blackened shrimp fell short of what I expected in the flavor department. The "vibe" is very nice, intimate. It's a dimly lit, kind of sexy thing they have going on. My guest loved the chandeliers. Absolutely great spot for a date. Their servers might be a hair TOO attentive but that's an excellent problem to have. Overall it was a great experience. I will be back, no question.

Another amazing brunch with Ms. Chamell. I normally get a smoked old fashion, but I’m not drinking this month so I ask her to surprise me with an mocktail. While the server was polite, there was a serious issue with billing transparency. I was charged an amount I did not authorize, and the pricing of the item was never disclosed to me despite me asking questions beforehand. That situation alone was frustrating, but what truly made this experience unacceptable was Tina’s response. Tina was extremely rude, hostile, and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she escalated it. Her demeanor was aggressive and dismissive, and at no point did she attempt to de-escalate or assist. As a pregnant woman, I genuinely felt uncomfortable and concerned for my safety due to how she handled the interaction. Mistakes happen but how management responds is what defines a business. Unfortunately, Tina showed no accountability, empathy, or professionalism, turning what could have been a simple resolution into a deeply unpleasant experience. I hope ownership addresses this behavior seriously, because no customer should feel disrespected, intimidated, or unsafe in a restaurant.
Andre, Mike, Warren, and Orlando were absolutely phenomenal. They didn’t just serve us, they created an experience. From singing to nonstop laughter, their energy was infectious and made our visit genuinely unforgettable. Bienville chargrilled oysters are hands down the best flavor at this restaurant and the best you will get ANYWHERE. They’re Rockefeller is also better than anywhere else I’ve had that kind of oyster.
I’ve had the Boudin Stuffed Chicken multiple times and it’s so flavorful and tender. Highly recommend.
My dad had the Red Snapper and rates it 100/10.
Between four others in my party, we split two dishes (boudin stuffed chicken and pork ribeye) which I recommend because it’s still a lot of food, a good portion at half the cost on the menu.
We devoured our food so fast so no time for pics but just know everything’s played beautifully.
