I had never had Whataburger before until I came to Texas. They have really good burgers and I like their fries. I tried the whatawings and didn't like them but then again, I am not a huge fan of poultry. Oh yeah, the patty melt is awesome!
Vegetarian options: Don't know about the vegetarian options because I am not a vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Although I should probably have some dietary restrictions I do not impose them on myself.
Parking: I have never been to any Whataburger location that didn't have a place to park.
Kid-friendliness: I know they have kids meal and I believe you can choose from several different options.
Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible with a wheelchair.

Food is good. But the tables don't get wiped after people eat. They have someone wiping , but he only wiped the railings. People would get up, and he would not go wipe the table. And no one said anything to him.

Very disappointing that it says when ordering something is included then they don't send because they say it costs extra, they told me I should have paid for the toast. Sounds stupid but you should get what they say. Shame I order here all the time.

Just have notice the decline in the overall structure of the restaurant. Sorry this food being poor quality, smaller sizes and inflated prices. Normally it's it's pretty good but it's never worth $20 for one burger though. Plus another however much for a mozzarella chocolate. Anything actually I used to love this place. I grew up on it now. It's like I can barely afford it when I do. It's that variable good and there's cold fries always

Love whataburger as a whole . Just have to give low stars to this location after I bought the Monterey melt on 2-17-2025 at about 3 to 4 a.m. in the morning . The burger is already expensive… so if I’m told to pull up to the yellow line and have to wait for my food , I would expect for the extra allotted time to allow for the food to come out pristine. Instead I payed 20 something bucks for two Monterey melts just the sandwiches , that came to me plain with just sauce . Just two patties with cheese and sauce . No peppers or anything that supposed to come with it . Didn’t realize this until I arrived home and opened the sandwich up . Very disappointed
