I definitely would expect better attitudes from the staff given the affluent community that surrounds this store. Yet every time I have been here has been a miserable experience!

3 of us waited in line for 10 minutes and nobody helped us.
Employee seemed a little not interested.... Food was okay, but a little dry and the fries were cold.

Loooove breakfast at whataburger. I'll get dinner occasionally but the breakfast is where it's at. This location is fantastic and the workers are all super nice. Actually I really can't say enough good things about the workers. From the food to the service everyone is always very cordial, prompt, considerate, and positive. Special shout out to the morning crew both early and late morning for always making amazing breakfast and providing great service in the kitchen, at the window, and for curbside.

Five star rating for greatful heart massage located here. the best massage therapist I have ever used hands down, Inez Burton.
It’s what you’d expect in a Whataburger. Restaurant was clean. Service was polite and fast, burger was good and order was accurate. No surprises.
I asked for more jalapenos for my burger, that I paid extra for, because there were few small pieces.
Basically the cashier asks what to do and the cook, I'm guessing, says they are only supposed to get 8 pieces... Seriously?
I get it, but I'm not about to go into weight in grams or ratios of surface area, just want enough to taste them with each bite.
Next time I guess I'll tell them to charge me double if Whataburger is hurting so bad.

Caution if you want a large cup of ice... you have to be charged for a large drink?! I drive for Uber and have stopped at Whataburgers in every corner... 1st place to want to charge me!
Wait time was more than 15 minutes after 8pm.
Burger terrible meat was so overcooked that it was crunchy and as cold as the tomato. So over cooked that I could not eat or feed it to my dogs. Onion rings under cooked. Not sure what happened to this location they used to be one of the better ones. Won't be back

Most days' drive thru is quick, but today, I'm not sure what happened. It took forever. Fries were cold. Couldn't go back because I went through the drive-through, and I was already home.

Cold food and what is with the size. As an avid Whataburger lover this is very disappointing. I ordered a large fry and received a small fry but this sandwich is smaller than my palm.
Hopefully this isn’t a corporate change but I won’t return to this location.
I’m giving three stars because, unfortunately, the service wasn’t up to standard, and the staff interactions felt a bit off. It wasn’t just me—my family members noticed it too. There was an overall sense of awkwardness that made the experience less enjoyable.
While the food might have been decent, the atmosphere and service left much to be desired. I hope management addresses these concerns to create a more welcoming and comfortable dining environment for future guests.
Ordered cinnamon rolls and they where ice cold.

I can’t even begin to describe my disdain for this Whataburger. The employees clearly can’t follow directions and the manager doesn’t QC their food. Not returning to this location. If my order says “No Mustard” it means don’t put mustard on the burger. I don’t understand what’s so hard about this. This is the 3rd issue I’ve had at this Whataburger. Also on one occasion our meat was pink.
