I've been going to Whataburger for as long as I can remember. Breakfast, late night meals etc. I have never been served anything like this!
My fries were Brown, cold, mushy, and gross! Did they do spring cleaning and get all the fries off the floor behind the fryer?

I thought that my Whataburger with grilled jalapenos would have made up for it, it did not more disappointment. I will never go back to this location!
The only good thing about my meal was the coke and the Mexican shake!

I’ve been visiting this Whataburger location since 2010, and while the food used to be outstanding, it’s not quite the same anymore. The fries are frequently oversalted, which takes away from their flavor. Salt is meant to enhance the taste, not overpower it, and I often find myself brushing off the excess before I can enjoy them. Additionally, the quality of the beef seems to have declined—I’ve encountered hard bits in my burger on multiple occasions. Lastly, Whataburger has always been known for its generous drink sizes, but recently, the cups are filled with more ice than drink, which is disappointing. I truly hope they return to the high-quality food and standards they were once known for.

The Whataburger in Alvin has excellent food and service. Mr Randall does a good job of keeping it all together, making sure the customer is satisfied, and anything else that comes his way.
Kid-friendliness: The kids who come in line by their parents. Of course if they're eating the French fries, they'll be kind of quiet anyway.
Wheelchair accessibility: Whataburger in Alvin as good accessibility to the doors. My husband and I each use a walker and we have no trouble at all.
Did not look or taste like it was fllame grilled! Gray and no sign of flame grilling. Disappointed.
