The food was bad I had the chicken strips with gravy. The chicken strips were so over cooked hard to eat the gravy was so thick and salty.

Ordered steak finger basket and steak fingers were cold and gravy looked like mashed potatoes. Was a few hrs before close and was told they were out of gravy to replace what was given. Wont bother stopping again.

I've been to DQs all across the state and have never had gravy this watery in my life. It's nasty. Staff in the kitchen and behind the counter were eating while working, which also seems a little weird. All the food - minus the white water with some pepper in it - tasted just like it should. Service was fast, and the dining area was clean.

Not going to lie I miss Rocio but my son who is autistic loves their triple buster so we make a daily trip. The current employees are trying their best, a bit understaffed at times! but I appreciate these young kids who are working not many teens want to work my only suggestion is more staff on game days or events going on in the school. I saw a lady reaching in to the drive thru window not safe at all and the girls were busy, the customer in front of me drove off and I was just appalled makes me sad they had a full house and a bunch of Karen’s acting entitled I’m over it hope tomorrow is better this is one of the only outlets of employment for teens in our community I’d hate for them to close down Dairy Queen owner of Friona please hire more staff.

This is the suckiest place ever sad that it’s the only like fast food place here. Support small businesses instead. They really need to fire the girl with the bun shes the short one. She is always so rude and looks like she don’t want to work there. Never understands orders. Didn’t even have change for a 50 when our order was 30.

Arrived at 9:05pm,(they close at 10pm) doors already locked,they told me to go through the drive through, but I Drive a semi truck and can't go through drive through so they just lost a customer for life. Bad business for them, I am sure other truck drivers have encountered the same thing with them. Very unacomadating place.

This dairy queen is located in a small village of 4000 in population. Would wish their services in food handling was better. I get sick from the warmed up burgers that are never fresh at ordered. This is not allsups . Food should be cooked at ordered. And the sandwich I order today was a number 10. . The chicken was not what was on display it was over fried . And I'm sure it was a chicken fried steak instead of a crispy boneless breast chicken sandwich. So disappointing but I've learned my lesson not to go anymore .and waste my money .
