Ordered a sandwich on the app at 5:43pm app told me it would be ready at 6pm. Went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door stating that they were going to be closed at 8pm but had locked the doors at 6pm so therefore I was not able to get my sandwich but the payment had already been processed. Called spoke to a Janine supervisor on duty and said that they had changed the sign after I had noticed the time then said that they couldn’t make my sandwich because they had everything put away. She also stated that the 4 workers inside were all new and we’re short staff. Asked to get a number to speak to the general mgr and waiting for her phone call for refund. NOT Very good CSR!!
