Only ordered ice cream but it was very dirty inside and smelled like rotten milk by the trash cans. Water was leaking from trash cans as well
Ordered a grilled chicken taco salad. Did not get beans, sour cream, or salsa. Taco shell was like chewing leather.

The food was ok. It wasn't very fresh, but you expect that from fast food. It came out quickly and tasted as expected from DQ. The janitors ranch burger was spicy and delicious. If the burger patties were hotter, everything would have been better. Service was terrible, though. Except for Wendy, she was great. I only say it was terrible because it was so slow. At one point, we were getting our blizzards, and there was one person behind us and it took so long, they walked out. You know it's bad when there's only 2 customers and the second walks of because service is so slow. The guy making our blizzards seemed bothered by the fact he had to work, and was very grumpy(and slow).
Waited 45 min for cold chicken strips. Not my favorite place.

I went into the dairy queen in fritch tx on memorial day May 27, 2024. I ordered the number 4 combo with small drink and fries and nothing added at all. The "manager" told me he was going to give me a little discount because the slow service. The combo I ordered costs 9.99 plus tax. When this 4ssh0l3 was done with his discount. The price jumped from 9.99 to over 12.35 cents. Then "tax" was added, then tax was added again. The final cost was just less than 15 dollars. I questioned the entire "team" to have them tell me that medium and large is extra. To which I showed them my small cup. Then it was taxes. I explained to them that tax is not 50 percent. Then it was "inflation." I checked online. No other fairy queen in the country is charging the prices this place is charging. Everyone who ate here on memorial day, file charges. These people were over charging people and then "fixing "the receipts with the correct items and keeping the over charge amount. I'm going to have this place investigated for criminal behavior.

Two mini blizzards that were not made correctly by one person that looked like had a skin issue, one that appears one work release and one normal employee… and in view of customers not so nice instructions from manager/owner.Over priced, under valued and generally not worth it. With the trip to Borger to Braums for better ice cream, cheaper and made correctly by nicer people.Avoid (like most DQ’s in the panhandle)
