Poor performance for everyone tonight.A young gentleman took my order. After waiting 45 min. I requested a refund. They blamed the poor performance on the cook and said he has made multiple mistakes. After receiving my refund and walking out empty handed. As I drove away, the gentleman who took my order came out flagging me down and handed me a random order. And assured me it was my order.Sure wasn’t mine… not at all.Save yourself the hassle of going to this location.

Extremely long wait time wait almost 45 minutes for a single burger and fries several other people in the restaurant also had extremely long wait ones over herd several people say they had waited over an hour the employees are running around looking around like they have no clue what’s going on and they didn’t give me my drink I had to go back in because my order was messed up and took them a while to get order fixed there were only 3-4 other customers inside

Went thru drivethru to get a burger and been asked to wait on side of building for 25 mins then they bring me the wrong order. Definitely don't go thru drivethru.

Took 45 minutes to get a chili cheese dog and they are not using the all beef hotdogs that dairy queen is supposed to use. More like dollar store dogs. Needs local ownership, instead of supporting investment corps.

Worst customer service ever, been in twice to try to get a Blizzard. They have no ingredients and are biased towards people they have never met before. Improve your customer service. They will serve other people who drive up or walk in that they know before helping you and will try to make you waste your time by putting you off until you just walk out.
Worst customer service from a young Hispanic girl took 30 mins to order from drive thru to then tell me they didn't have hot dog buns. White fat lady gave me a refund. Awful place seriously.

My review is about pure nostalgia. I used to live in Fritch many many many many years ago. every weekend after we cut the grass and cleaned up we would pile in the car to get a dilly bar or your awesome blizzard .

As per most Dairy Queens, the food is great. The issue with this specific location in Fritch is that I tested their order accuracy. By going 3 times to this location, I seen that Everytime, and by different employees, they mixed up the orders Everytime. Not sure if this location does not like tourists or food critics, but they kept messing up my order Everytime. One time I just ate the messed up order. Anyways, be cautious of ordering here

For the first time in a long time, this place was as good as I remember it being as a child. I don't know what they've changed or if they can stay consistently this good, but they need to keep it that way. My order was correct on the first order, the toast was toast and not warmed up bread, everything was fresh, and had a clean atmosphere. Hopefully they can keep it up. For now I will give a 5 based on the service I had yesterday. Prior to this id give a 2. Keep it up Fritch dq.
