Anthonie's Market Grill

We had a wonderful late lunch with our dear friends yesterday. Drinks, with appetizers, which were delicious, then we finally stopped talking long enough to order our food, our waiter was very polite and patient with our table as we had a good time visiting. Our food came, and as always, absolutely delicious, perfect portions. With incredible quality. We enjoyed every bite, visited more, Anthony stopped by to say hello, as it was good to visit with him as he's about to celebrate 9 years, which means we have been coming and enjoying wonderful food for 9 years! Wonderful

We sat on the patio. It was a hot day. But didn't notice because of their fans blowing. We were there at 5:30. No bugs bothering us. And we got to see the sunset. All of the wait staff that helped us were great. But Allie was incredible. She was knowledgeable and could read me. I couldn't decide on what I wanted. But she leaned more towards one way even though she suggested the other. I was not disappointed. Everything we had was amazing. From the moment we were there to the time we left, it was a very good experience 20/10! We will be back.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service/cleanliness were of high quality. Highly recommend the chicken fettuccine, fillet steak, all sides, creme brulee, and chocolate cake. Cocktails are tasty too.

Great place. Robert, our server, was friendly and professional. Had to get meat loaf which was excellent. Will come again for some of other menu choices, but will probably get a meat loaf to go

Been awhile since I've been to Anthonie's. Took my wife for the first time. It's just as good if not better than I remember and she was like a kid in a candy store with all the wonderful food and drink choices. She's going to be back with her friends and we'll definitely be back ourselves.

We had the best time with our friends. We decided to try Anthony's happy hour only to find out that there is not a happy hour. Our Waiter made up for it though. He made every hour a happy hour. lol. Great service and great conversation.

As always, amazing food and service. We don't mind driving 40 miles just to go eat at Anthonie

My husband made a reservation for ten to celebrate my birthday. When he made the reservation they failed to inform him that the reservation would be for outdoor seating. They waited until we arrived to let us know that they don't seat more than eight people at a table inside the restaurant. That was extremely frustrating since we were celebrating my birthday. They wanted to seat us in a dog friendly area and I am afraid of dogs. They were unwilling to make adjustments for my party.

Thankfully, we were able to pivot and make reservations at McCormick and Schmicks. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at Anthonie's Market Grill.

Food was amazing, tried the baked Mahi special and it was insanely good, hope they will add it to the menu! Love this place every time we come.

I've been to Anthonie's numerous times and the food is always amazing. It is just extremely hot in Texas at this time of the year, which was Sept 13, 2025 @ 3:30 . And very noisy with the big fans.

There's nothing I can say about Anthony's that has not been said. This is a superlative dining experience on the west side of Houston in Simonton, Texas, and well worth the trip given the lovely setting the wonderful food and the absolutely incredible servers at this restaurant. This is not a place to be missed.

Our experience was outstanding. Our celebration of my wife's Birthday was perfect with top level food and service. Our waiter, Steve was wonderful and thoughtful.

The atmosphere was wonderful. I have been here a few times in the past and all was fantastic. However, this trip no one could get our order correct. Ordered an appetizer. Never received. The food was cold and the steak had more fat than meat. The desert order was incorrect and not offered a correction. Would have expected a little more for a restaurant of this caliber.

The perfect getaway. It was a nice drive with beautiful scenery along the winding roads. The food was delicious as well as the service. It was about a 40min drive, but we'll worth it!
