The barista that took my order was patient and listened to what I wanted to consider. I mentioned I already know my usuals but would like to try something new and out of my comfort zone, so she suggested her barista special (her own order)!
I tried the iced white mocha shaken espresso with pumpkin spice (I think it was), and although I already had a free drink coupon from the rewards, she’d asked me to try the drink before I leave to make sure I genuinely enjoyed it and wouldn’t walk away unhappy with a drink I took a chance on.
Loved her being considerate and giving me a new menu item I hadn’t tried before and wanted to share. Thank you!

Typically like this place because they have great coffee, but had a bad experience with their coffee cup, where it spilled on me twice. Nothing like hot searing coffee all over your clothes to get the morning started. Went back to get it fixed and it seems like they are understaffed since no one was at the register. They quickly made me a new one but wasn’t able to address the issue.

I rarely buy coffee as I usually make it at home but the last week or so I have gone through the drive thru here twice. The coffee is quite good ( I just get an Americano so nothing fancy). The one irritating thing is that they ask you to tip going through the drive thru. The tipping culture is just getting out of hand. I could understand it if it was brought to my table when I was sat inside but asking for a tip for going through the drive thru? Nope.

The manager Grayson is amazing he makes sure consistency in the coffee and service is always there. I’ve been coming here almost every day for two years and he always has an amazing attitude and makes the best coffee. I’ve seen how he treats the staff as well and seems like a great manager. Give him a raise! This is the best black rock I’ve ever been to because of him

I really liked their caramel blondie and the people and the atmosphere are really nice. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because they had their big door opened with no air conditioner and it was so hot I had to leave but apart of that I really liked it!

Started to really like this place and I trying not to make one bad experience ruin it but I can’t not be upset for them incorrectly making a drink that was supposed to be sugar free. I repeated 3 times and they stated it was sugar free. My wife is diabetic and now she is sick from it, the drink was not sugar free!

We used to go to this location for weekend coffee breaks. I’m not sure if the owner changed or what happened, but after not being able to visit for a few months, we finally returned. It was early morning, and the place was surprisingly dirty—there was trash on the floor and dirty tables. There were at least 3-4 young people behind the counter, all welcoming and friendly. The coffee is always good, but the level of cleanliness was concerning. As the sunlight streamed in, you could see the dust on the air. Never went back since then.

Ordered a Medium Blackout coffee, came out to $6+ with taxes and they even ask for a tip on keypad? You crazy no. when I grabbed it drove off it felt way too light and empty, I look inside and sure enough it was 1/2 full, the coffee was just mediocre average can make a better one at home. Overpriced average coffee 1/2 full ask for tips, greatest scam ever. Keep it moving.
