Ekta’s Kitchen is our first choice for any catering needs for parties and get-togethers at our place. We’ve been privileged to have Ekta and her team help us with dozens events at home over the past few years—and I’ve had to share her number with raving friends after each event. Ekta’s an incredibly creative and talented chef. Everything from her kitchen tastes fabulous and brings out the flavors that we last experienced not just from the streets, dhabas, and corner restaurants of India but also from the kitchens of our moms, grandmas, and aunts and relatives. Her food is not the mass-produced, greasy stuff of Indian restaurants. Ekta maintains a curated but still versatile menu of dishes from all over the country. Ekta’s Kitchen offers the traditional suspects but often brings a creative twist to them. If you want a flavorful journey into Indian cuisine, Ekta’s your answer. The final thing I’ll say is that Ekta’s not just a terrific chef, she’s also a wonderful person who sees her craft as a way to bring joy to people. I’ve always been treated as a friend or even family and never a customer although Ekta and her team deliver a stellar customer experience. I hope more people will get to experience Ekta’s culinary magic.
