It was my first time visiting but I really enjoyed the environment, staff was friendly. You can stay as long as you want. It was very peaceful and I was able to study 📖. Will be going back.

They are way over priced. Secondly, what breakfast place doesn't put or substitute French toast for a child but make you buy the adult plate with only 1 full piece of bread? That's a child size. Lastly, there is no mistaken the taste of sink water. If they are going to charge what they do the least they could do is filter the water. It's disgusting. However, the food was good and the place is a cute place.

Poor customer service. Been ordering and eating here for the last 4 years. Today we get our food home and none of the sauce that should be with the food was there. I call to the store and the manager says he can give me SAUCE any other day I come back up there. SAUCE?! No sir that’s unacceptable! The sandwiches taste bland without the sauce. Their manager needs more training on customer service and how to handle these type of situations.

Small town diner feel with great service and great food. I especially was a big fan of the entire menu dedicated to just kids breakfast.

Folks, here’s my tremendous over-easy, sausage-scented, 5-star Google review for the Essence House Café in Fulshear, Texas, right on FM359 near FM1093—best breakfast spot, a true Texas gem, believe me! My wife, our buddy, and I rolled in for breakfast, and let me tell you, this place is busier than an ant hill at a picnic, packed with hungry people craving real food! Our friend, already there like a scout in the wilderness, tipped us off about this diner, and it’s a revelation. I got the Essence Deluxe—two eggs over medium, two sausage slices, potatoes, two walnut pancakes, and coffee so good it’s like a hug you didn’t know you needed. My wife and our pal both went for the Breakfast Meat Trio—three eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, and toast, with iced tea to wash it down. The portions? extremely generous, like Santa’s cookie stash! Everything was delicious, a flavor explosion that could make a mime scream. Essence House Café? It’s a culinary beacon in Fulshear, serving up breakfasts that make your diet pack its bags. Five stars, folks—get in there, it’s absolutely fantastic!

Food was decent. Had the avocado toast. Bread was tough and avocado was cut in pieces rather than made in a spread.
Bathroom was NOT CLEAN...

I usually come here for my clients everyday for lunch. This specific day there was a new lady working with me and she ordered a tuna sandwich from here as I was picking the sandwich up from essencehouse the cashier told me the price and I was on the call with the lady and told her the price the lady said to cancel the order because she couldn’t afford it.. so I told the cashier to cancel the order.. so today 7/27 I came in to pick up an order for my client and the lady was very rude handing me a ticket and talking very rude to me infront of ALOT of customers telling me I have to pay for that order .. I explained to her that it wasn’t my order and I don’t even eat tuna fish.. she was still VERY RUDE AND TALKING TO ME CRAZY I COULD NOT BELIEVE HER!! Her name is ALLEJANDRIA ! Absolutely disgusting behavior!

I love how fresh everything is. This is a wonderful, local restaurant for the town of Fulshear. The food is always consistent, and I‘be tried many new items and love them all - so makes my decisions harder when I go!

I am updating. The strawberry shortcake pancakes are THE BEST!!! A must try any time of the day!

The chicken salad sandwich is my go to - always delicious. Big enough to share for sure!
