I love this place! The ambiance is so nice and not too loud, the wait time was very minimal, our server Kami was amazing! She was very attentive, super sweet and friendly. She checked on us just the right amount of times! Our kids ordered the purple haze, French toast and the farmhouse hash and they loved it. My hubby ordered the works omelette which came with a good amount of protein and topped it with some toast to make sure it was filling! I ordered the special steak hash and it was delicious! The creamy sauce they put on it makes sure the potatoes and steak don't get too dry! Definitely will be coming back again!

Horrible treatment by host. My husband, brother in law and father in law had a terrible experience this weekend at this location. They were unfairly treated with the way they were received and given a table. They went to the restaurant and were asked to wait by the host while he received several other guests who came later. When questioned, he asked them to wait again. After confronting him, he finally gave them a table. While placing the utensils, he swung a pair of utensils aggressively across the table. This is totally unacceptable way of treating your clients in a neighbourhood where we have resided for more than a decade. The manager of this location needs to do a better job in interviewing, vetting and assigning staff to the right job. The host represents the restaurant and needs to be hospitable. This particular host needs proper training in doing his job as well as his communication and behaviour.

Ordered on Uber Eats over 30 minutes ago. I received a notification from Uber that First Watch cancelled my order. I called the location to ask and the first person that picked up told me likely it was cancelled intentionally and online ordering was turned off because they are busy in the restaurant. She got the manager next who claimed that neither her nor the assistant manager had turned off online ordering or denied any orders.
Not sure what is going on here this morning, but cancelling an Uber Eats order on your customer is terrible business. Now we don’t get any food, and I’m out $46.72 for two entrees until Uber processes a refund to my credit card 7-10 business days later. The managers resolution was to place an order by phone and pick it up myself or come in the restaurant to eat. Quite tone deaf.
All of this is so weird considering First Watch is already making crazy margins on simple breakfast dishes, no clue why they’d deny an Uber Eats order with marked up prices and no customer interaction. Certainly much easier and cheaper than serving a table in a restaurant.

Potatoes were under cooked. Cinnamon roll was days old and hard a rock. And as if all that wasn't bad enough, their cheap paper to go containers do not keep grease in. So setting the order on my bed ruined my sheets. A whole 8x8 inch square of grease soaked into my bed!
