I really liked how the manager is always smiling and treats people with respect. I went with my wife to try the cheese curds as recommended and is the best side. So tasteful. I recommend this place 100%

I had a very great time at freddys. The associates were very helpful, especially Cameron and Dayne. They helped me get what I needed on time.The food was fantastic and I love the atmosphere of the restaurant. You can tell that this place is very well managed! Would recommend!

First of all I use to work here and the managers are terrible they talk to the employees crazy, they’re racist, and they don’t follow the rules! They be on the phone all the time (Dayna and more)! They made me come to work when I was sick (gipsy) and this is against food safety regulations!! They cut other peoples hours that aren’t Hispanics even when they’re low staff! And they served me a burger with pink meat that got me even more sick!! TERRIBLE PLACE TO BE!

The place was completely dirty, and on Lint they advertise fish. And no fish mid day. When my daughter went to ask for ranch she was greeted with “what”, no “yes how can I help you” or “yes ma’am” tables are dirty and floor is a mess. Nobody is cleaning the mess, I worked here 5yrs ago and if any of this was done we would have been fired. I will be contacting the franchisee (my wife was the GM at the Katy location so I know how to reach them), the franchisee needs to know what their store looks like
