We visited the full shear location around 12 pm and waited for a good 10- 15 min but the store was closed.Had to drive to the other location store # 2407 in katy Asian market.Tried the S2. Fresh dragonfruit Lychee w/ salted cheese. Also tried chocolate bubble waffle and added oreos. This was super yummy.

Why is this place so dirty at any given time? Drinks are good! Bubble waffles are slightly under cooked. But still enjoyed my happy lemon!

I just showed up it’s almost 12:30 and the store says it opens at 12 on Thursdays but there’s no one inside and the door is locked. I tried calling and nobody picked up.

Used to be my go-to boba spot until today. Found a bug at the bottom of my drink. I went back to the store and showed them. They offered a refund and said they have been dealing with some insect issues lately. Posting this in hopes they take take this issue seriously and work to get this insect issue resolved immediately.

this is hands-down my favorite boba place to stop by. i go here very often and i never had a bad experience with my drinks or the employees, no matter how busy they may get. they have an unbelievably friendly staff, fast service, and they keep everything inside extremely clean.the menu overall is good, but my personal favorite is their okinawa roasted milk tea. please please try if you ever get the chance.
