Management should be made aware that staff appear to be shutting down operations early, which directly impacts customers who arrive during advertised business hours. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have experienced this issue at the same location, suggesting a recurring problem rather than an isolated incident.

Very sad! I just went there and picked up drinks worth more than $50 and they missed putting boba in two of my drinks! This, despite the store being empty! I'm working so I can't even go back right away! And I tipped them too! Disappointed!

Been coming here for a few years now and have never been disappointed (and I am very picky about my boba drinks). Boba is always perfectly sweet and drinks are always on point! Staff is also always friendly!

We visited the full shear location around 12 pm and waited for a good 10- 15 min but the store was closed.Had to drive to the other location store # 2407 in katy Asian market.Tried the S2. Fresh dragonfruit Lychee w/ salted cheese. Also tried chocolate bubble waffle and added oreos. This was super yummy.

I just showed up it’s almost 12:30 and the store says it opens at 12 on Thursdays but there’s no one inside and the door is locked. I tried calling and nobody picked up.

Used to be my go-to boba spot until today. Found a bug at the bottom of my drink. I went back to the store and showed them. They offered a refund and said they have been dealing with some insect issues lately. Posting this in hopes they take take this issue seriously and work to get this insect issue resolved immediately.
