I am giving this review three stars for the following reasons. Number one, overall the burger was small in circumference. Number two, I didn't necessarily care for the seasoning of the fries. I would rather have a choice. And number three, there were flies everywhere and the place felt dirty.

I moved from another region in US and live right near this Hat Creek, but it took me 3 years to try it….not sure why it took so long, but their food is fresh, well priced, and their service is excellent! HAT CREEK IN FULSHEAR….GREAT JOB!Kid-friendliness: They have a play area that is always clean.
I go to hat creek all the time but this time there were bugs in my food. I ordered a grilled chicken lettuce wrap and there were a few fly parts and a full fly on the chicken. The gentleman at the drive through was very nice, and the food was delivered quick but I’m not sure I’ll go again. Kind of ruined a Friday night dinner. $33 for a burger and lettuce wrapped grilled chicken ?

This location consistently gets the order wrong. It’s not the employees taking the order, the receipt is always right and the cashier always reads it back to you. The employees making the food just either can’t read, or don’t care. I’ve even had them screw up my order while using a comp card in the exact same way that got me a comp card in the first place. On top of that, I’ve had a manager or higher-up blame the mistake on the employee taking my order, even after I showed them my receipt was correct. The people in the back just don’t care.It sucks because this is a great location and I enjoy coming here. If I wanted to order a hamburger and it come out wrong, I’d just go down the street to McDonald’s. Not spend $15-20 a person here.

Don’t ever come to this place !!! The manager is rude and she also told me that my ID FROM TEXAS WAS FAKE . This is INCREDIBLE . I come every single weekend and I also did my kids birthday here ! Not coming anymore ! That women needs to be more RESPECTFUL! She told me that my id was face and I’m a US citizen

Very disappointed in service I received. I placed an online order and when I showed up at the time it said it would be ready, only 1/3 of the order had been made. I sat there and waited and nothing else came. I was told that the rest of the order never came through, even though I showed them the online order and that I had already paid. Finally after standing there for awhile they agreed to just make the rest of the order. My food was supposed to be ready at 5 PM, I didn’t get it until 5:17. They didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience, just handed me a bag of food and said sorry.
