This is the second time that they have not received my online order after it’s been paid for. My pickup was for 4:55 pm. Arrived and she said it was showing up. Then she said oh there it is. I paid and she said 15 minutes. I then pulled up after the 15 minutes and now she says it was pushed through and they will start it now. I return yet again and they haven’t even started it. This makes no sense. Not once but two times this has happened. I asked for my refund and took my business else where.
I prefer Marcos over Papa John's or Pizza Hutt. This price is reasonable and the toppings seem fresher. I recently let my son try it and he became hooked on it. The deliveries are always on time too.

I just received my pizza delivery and it arrived way faster than any other pizza chains nearby. I was worried they might have made it too fast but when I opened my box the pizza was cooked to perfection. It was delicious. Thank you!

One observation I made was that the cooks were not donning gloves while handling food in the kitchen. It is advisable to have a manager present to oversee the handling of food.
