I want to like this restaurant because it's so close to my house but the food is just lacking. I gave this place a second chance after chalking my first experience up to a new location. The food was way too spicy. Even two of the three salsas were to spicy to enjoy. The rice got high praise from my partner. My margarita was also too strong and melted ridiculously fast and then I could see the tequila separate from the margarita mix. The service was phenomenal and the atmosphere...
The food here is deep in flavor. You can tell when you walk in, it smells of awesomeness and the food follows up and does not disappoint. Drinks are on point and the service is great! While some of the other “known best fajitas” have fallen by the way side, Molinas has stepped up and killed it with awesome TexMex. We highly recommend Molinas on 1463!
The fish taco tastes great (very fresh fish and cooked well) but I felt it was over loaded with ingredients. They corn and lettuce and salsa were a bit too much that I had to eat it like a salad.
