If this isn't the greatest tap room/ brewery around, I don't know what is. Melissa, Steve and the rest of the staff do a fantastic job, and the beers are always amazing.
Great local brewery with a nice and cold tap room on a hot summer day. Screens everywhere, very comfortable bar. Lots of seating. Had a great burger from a food truck, I enjoyed their West Coast IPA and their new mead. I will be back.
Great beer! I really liked the gatos before vatos if you are more on the light beer side. It's family and pet friendly? I would definitely encourage them to have more board games but besides that is a great place! ?
I absolutely love this place. Great hand crafted beer selection made right here in Fulshear. Absolutely love the brewmaster! Highly recommend.
This has a female centric team which is not often seen in the brewing community. They pay homage to the pink boots society but unfortunately do not full encourage all female employees to join. They have a decent selection of lighter style beers that are not often seen in breweries.
It's worth the drive. Good group of folks out here. Veteran owned, and he operates the place with zeal and integrity. The brew master's talent is unreal. One of the best local breweries in Houston, and I'd be shocked if Project Halo's beer isn't sold nationally in a couple years.
It's relaxing where your family and friends can get together. You can bring your kids
Pay extra attention to your bill. We were charged for drinks we didn’t have. When we tried to have the charges fixed we were argued with.
Please double check that they are not adding additional beers to your bill. Seems like it may be a shady profit strategy here.
There was an additional beer added to each of our tabs and when we brought the error to the attention of the owner, we were told we were wrong. I’m sorry but 2 beers is not hard to count.
Good beer and great service

Please watch your tab carefully, seems like They may be adding additional beers to boost profits. My friend and I enjoyed 2 beers and were charged for 3. When we brought the error to the owner, we were told about the additional beer we didn’t have. Instead of trusting us, they stuck to their guns so we encouraged them to watch the security video. The owner laughed and said “so you think I owe you a beer” we walked out.
We love this place, the beer, the owners, and everyone we meet here! Steve and Melissa are incredibly talented brewers and business owners, and even after moving into a larger space they shake hands, remember birthdays, and are much more friendly and involved with their customers than any other business around. Cheers to their move/ expansion, and we’re excited to see and support their continued success!
Houston deserves more delicious beer by great people like Steve and Melissa!
Muy Bueno. Everything I've tried here is well brewed and tastes great. They've moved across the parking lot to a much larger facility since my last visit and it's pretty nice. I'm really look forwarding to them expanding to about 16 taps and having even more beers available
The new spot is absolutely amazing. Melissa & Steve (owners) are amazing people who always have a smile on their face. The beer is top notch and new styles rotate through all year.
Meet them at the wine and beer walk in Rosenberg TX, came and checked them out good service good beer good atmosphere an dog friendly.
