Terrible Service, had to wait extra 15min for TOGO order in the hot sun, got charged a $2.85 surcharge after purchasing a $66 meal because i bought a takeout- like wtf?? , manager provided very useless order, won't be back. Food was below average, worst baby back ribs i have had till date.
update: Vomited the food after a few hours, this was a terrible meal

The food was good but service seemed rushed. We didn't come in at close but it seemed like they wanted us to hurry. Initially they tried to seat us in the bar area and seemed annoyed when we asked for a booth. The manager never came by to check on us which is what happens at other locations. I let the server know I had a Landrys Select number. She asked for my phone number but did not add my order to the account. I lost those points. I receive good service at other locations but this one is hit or miss. Mostly miss.

Saltgrass has a delicious, tender bone-in ribeye. The sides were wonderful as well. The waiter was a bit absent minded, but overall, a satisfying restaurant.

Well had to wait about 30 minutes but can’t control that… but I ordered a 10 oz sirloin steak and my wife ordered the 12 oz ribeye steak . Took awhile to get our food( not normal time)So when our food came out notice the steak I ordered was very small! About the size of one range rattler! It was that small! Compare to my wife’s ribeye there was a huge difference in size… ask the waitress this is not what I ordered… told her to take it back..they offer to redo the order but did not trust the chef etc to cook it correctly..( waitress had it correctly) compare how long it took to get our order out the first time… very disappointed! How in the hell can the chef screw this up… one of two things to lazy to get the correct size or just don’t give a shit…. Again very disappointed with this!!! Manager said he was sorry but did not sound genuine… ☹️

Everyone loves some plastic wrap on their chicken fried steak.
This is a great location. Love the staff there and the weekend musicians. It's my first place to take a friend or my daughter or husband for a great dinner and visit. We can talk and hear each other!

Very impressed by check-in, to table, to service. Very nice experience. Not to mention management was over the top. Nice to get checked on by the GM to make sure if anything was taken care of.
