My son lost his football on the roof near the outdoor patio, he was super sad because he had just been given that ball as the “game ball” for having a good game. I told the manager, not really expecting them to be able to do anything about it, and they came out with a ladder and grabbed the ball. A+ service. I was very impressed and thankful. Amazing job guys!

Unfortunately this was not a good review. We went on a Tuesday early evening. Only one couple ahead of us at the check in counter. Lots of empty tables inside and out on the patio. Greeter was young and not organized, we requested inside but were told we could get a table outside right away. So we opted for outside. She said once she seated the first couple she’d be back to seat us. They never got seated after 15 mins so I asked if we could just go out to our table and she then said we’d have to wait 25 minutes for any table???? It’s not the first time we’ve had bad service here. It’s the lack of experience that’s the problem. We expect to be greeted with a welcome and a warm greeting but this is like waiting for a bus. They don’t employ enough servers or people who are trained in the service industry. For the price of menu and drinks we expect better service. Our first two experiences were good so we purchased the frequent diner card. Ever since we have been disappointed and left without service bursting twice. Fulshear needs a new steak House. So disappointed

This location is not on par with most Saltgrass restaurants! I have encountered some of the worst customer service, inedible food and have been blatantly overcharged!! Dine here with caution.They do have great music on occasion.

We went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. He used his Saltgrass points. The food was delicious and the service staff was attentive. We will come back more often. Great spot for a date night or with family. They had live music in the patio area.
We will never eat at this place again. We were around when it first opened and it opened really well. I’m not sure if there is new management, but the last few times we have eaten here were absolutely horrible. We ordered takeout a few weeks ago and our orders came extremely cold, and my sandwich only can with half a meat patty on it (Patty Melt). Every time I order a sweet tea, it is unsweet tea. This evening, we ordered takeout and had to wait at the location for THIRTY minutes. We got back home and our food was ice cold, missing condiments and the wrong tea, again. We are usually “not those people”, but we have had terrible experiences the last three times eating at this location.We unfortunately will not be eating at this establishment again.

First time having a steak from a restaurant (I know, im way behind) & it was delicious! My husband, on the other hand, really enjoyed his food, but his steak was not cooked right (still tasted good). Everyone was super friendly & attentive, it was between meals so the crowd was almost non existent.Parking: Ample amount of parking, big lot.
