This sonic is going to go under in no time if they can’t find good management and workers with a good attitude and not act like their customers are an inconvenience. The guy they have currently at the window taking orders acts like he’d rather be anywhere else but this job. Rude! Are there that many crappy people out there that this sonic can’t find any good workers? The one on spring green is great. Never have had any issues there with anything. It’s further from me but I’d rather drive the extra mile at this point than have to deal with the kind of service you get here.

Ditto on what everyone else says, worst and slowest service. Pressed the red button, waited 15 mins and no one responded or answered. Pressed it 2 other times, no response. But someone did come out and walked to his car which was parked in one of the first few order bays. He did make sure he got himself a drink. There were only 2 other cars and who even knows if they were customers or staff. No one answered. Horrible service. Just close it down.

This is hands down the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to, and it’s been consistently bad. The staff are incredibly slow, constantly mess up orders, and have zero regard for customer service. But yesterday was absolutely unacceptable.

I placed a mobile order and waited in my car for over 30 minutes. My order showed as completed, but no one ever acknowledged me—not a word, no check-in, nothing. Meanwhile, I watched multiple other customers get their food with no issue. Finally, when I saw a worker delivering food to someone who arrived after me, I had to speak up. She asked what I ordered, walked off, and came back a few minutes later with my food—no apology, no explanation, no eye contact—just tossed the bag into my hand and walked away before I could even say thank you.

I opened the bag—they forgot my mozzarella sticks. I had to get her attention again. She came back with them a couple of minutes later, still with the same rude attitude and no acknowledgment. As if that wasn’t enough, after I drove off, I realized she didn’t give me a straw, which meant I had to stop somewhere else just to get one.

This place needs a serious overhaul in management and staff training. If your team can’t handle basic manners, accuracy, or efficiency, maybe they shouldn’t be in customer-facing roles. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

Worst experience ever...I had to give one star to be able to comment otherwise I would not even give that. Hamburger was not what I ordered, no one was able to clearly speak English...take it from there.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff couldn’t understand or speak English, which made it extremely difficult to place an order at the drive-through. Their communication with customers was unfriendly and unprofessional. I felt very annoyed and uncomfortable due to the long wait just to place a food order here. I do not recommend this location.

Run don't walk from this Sonic! On multiple occasions I have been here and it always takes forever for someone to take your order and then it most often is wrong. I gave them one more try today and after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order, I left. I'm done with this Sonic. I'm not sure how an owner or manager could care so little and based on these other reviews doesn't sound like they are too concerned to fix it. Beware!

I love treating myself to a cookie dough blast every once in a while but I’m so tired of this location giving me sour blasts. Like, clean your machine. They are very apologetic and make me a new one every time but it should have been clean in the first place. I guess I’ll have to start driving further if I want one.

Lady answered me on the speaker, immediately yelled “talk slower” even though I had barely gotten 2 words out yet, then ended the communication. I pushed the red button again but no one ever responded. Ordered at the drive through instead, it took forever to receive my food despite this being a “fast food” joint. So annoying
