Ordered a chicken tender basket and it was HORRIBLE! The batter was funnel cake-like and fell of completely. Chicken was slimy and extremely firm and rubbery to where you couldn’t bite through it. Threw the entire meal away as it was inedible. Waste of $11.

It’s 8:19pm on 11/7/23. The workers at this sonic are extremely rude and very unprofessional. Asked to speak to a manger regarding the terrible customer service but they apparently don’t have one. Would give this place zero stars.

I've been to this location a lot and it's suprisingly one of the best Sonics I've been to (and I've been to quite a few). I always place my order through the mobile app and check in right when I get there. I've never had an issue with getting my food/drinks in less than 5 minutes, if even.Parking: You park in the car slotsKid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu

They seemed to have cleaned the machines early and refused to make shakes when they had more than an hour left before closing. Honestly, service was terrible and those ladies seem to just be playing around in there

So this is normally a decent sonic, but me and my friend came an hour before closing and no one was answering the drive through window. So of course since I was NOT leaving with out at least some mozzarella sticks we went to the stalls which also did not work. Eventually we went back to the drive through and ordered only one of our orders since they cut us off after one and apparently thought we had enough food. We wrapped back around and got both of our food in the end, but that was too much mess for a sonic at 10pm. Food is fine though

It is my second time here. I didn’t have luck. Young people that don’t pay attention to the details. I always have to ask for everything for straw, napkins, etc
Customer service is horrible. Doing the best we can while I waited 25 min for a pretzel and hot dog.

this is most definitely the worst Sonic in America. first, the drive thru microphone doesn't work correctly. the employees whisper. seriously. and every time you order, they ask for you to repeat the order. it happens when I order, my adult son, my husband and friends I've been with here. they ALWAYS ask you to repeat the order. dont ask me for my order if you aren't ready for the order. I don't order fast. the orders take forever. and ever. and ever. every single time I come here, the order is wrong. slightly or very wrong. every. time. it's a disaster.

No one was taking orders at the drive-thru. It was after 10 am, so I drove up to the window and saw one employee sitting down using her phone, and no one walked over to the window to at least tell me that they were closed or not taking orders so I ended up going to Wendy's.
