Made a mobile order and received confirmation order ready to be picked up. Approached at the order window at drive through, waited a couple of minutes no one greeted and responded and I don’t see any car in front of me so I approached the pickup/payment window. Between order window and pickup window there is a sharp bend so I only see a car being served when I’m approaching the payment window. When it was my turn, I got told off by Noah, instead of apologizing for his slowness and me waiting there long time, and he told off me that it is company’s policy I need to wait at the Order window before I approach pick up window. But my order was ready! And no one was there to talk to me! Isn’t it normal for someone approach the pick up window? There are cars behind me, you expect me to do a u-turn? I have 2 items for my mobile order, he only gives me One item and I had to remind him he missed my second item! I think Starbucks cooperate people need to know this location staffs need to be trained properly. Terrible experience.

Didn’t get a very nice worker. Was rude, but this is the first time he’s been there that I’ve seen.
Music is always way too loud. Very unpleasant. They obviously do it to run customers out.

The service is terrible. The guy who works there, named Kent, provides terrible service. On two occasions, he's given a rude response. He shouldn't be working in customer service.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at THIS location.
The customer service this evening was unacceptable. No matter how odd a request may seem, no customer should ever be treated poorly. The attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking especially from Starbucks, a brand known for its commitment to excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.
If I’m not mistaken, the same young man I previously emailed the manager about was working tonight, and unfortunately, nothing seems to have changed. The rest of the team’s behavior was equally off-putting. I was so uncomfortable that I chose not to have my drink made at all I simply didn’t trust the energy behind the counter.
I had hoped my last visit was just an off day, but this experience confirmed that this particular location is the absolute worst I’ve encountered. It’s unfortunate, because many of us come to Starbucks expecting care and consistency. I won’t be returning to this store again—but I sincerely hope corporate takes this feedback seriously and looks into the management and training here.

i ordered 3 drinks and they only gave me 2 this isn’t the first time everytime i come to order in person they mess up. and they took forever to bring it out and they said “ we forgot to charge me it” when I clearly said 2 strawberry açai with my damn lemonade. I should’ve got it for free at this point.

Ordered from uber eats, was really excited since I just woke up but they did not give me a straw. I ordered a frappe so it isn’t like it would be as good to drink like a macchiato. I also don’t have straws at home.
I’m shocked to see all these BAD reviews! Had a bad experience today. Girl at the drive through couldn’t care less if she got my order right. When I told her it was wrong she ignored me. No flavor in my white chocolate mocha. Very disappointed with this location. Hey owner and managers fix your issues!!!
Very bad customer service very rude and unprofessional should be shut down because their customer service sucks. They don’t greet customers unless they look like them and you were standing there for over 15 minutes and still not have a order update or even know if it is there sad never will go there again
I love Starbucks so much. But this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. You walk in, and nobody even greets you. I usually order online for pick up inside the store. Today I came in at a time my order was supposed to be ready, watched a barista make my hot coffee and set it in the coffeemaker. It was just sitting there after it was done brewing until I asked how much longer for my order. Got ignored. Then she finally put a lid on it, some coffee spilled, but she still handed me a cup soaked in spilled coffee. I asked for a new cup. Got an eye roll until she saw how bad the cup was. Then she just grabbed my coffee and started pouring it in the new cup, handed it to me without saying a word. The store was pretty much empty with 4 baristas, so they weren’t even busy. And it’s this nasty attitude from them every single time combined with messing up orders. I’ll take my money to the LaCenterra location, where customers are treated with respect.
