every time i walk in here, im not greeted and ignored at the counter for a while. i understand you’re busy in the drive thru line but for the inside to be empty and you can’t even say hi or we’ll be right with you feels really rude. another time i had trouble finding my mobile order on the counter and was met with an unnecessary amount of attitude from
the baristas for asking for help. i was given my food and shoo’d away when i was still trying to explain that i had a drink too. i hate this location. yall need to cleanse it or something the energy is heavy in that building.

My upside-down, hot Caramel Macchiato with three Blonde Ristretto shots, Almondmilk, and extra caramel drizzled was not as tasty as it usually is. However, there was a barista making samples of her own creation. I can only remember her saying she used ice, oatmilk, caramel, and Chai. However, I think there was more to it. In any case, IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! At least I and a gentleman, waiting on his order, thought so. ☺️

The place was very dirty, the floor and bathrooms were so dirty also. The tables had food residue from other people. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

This Starbucks is at a prime location which ultimately makes it a busy spot. We placed a mobile order and walked in to grab our order. The business had good decor for the holiday season and well kept. I was not immediately greeted, but when I asked for my order they stopped what they were doing to help me out! Super friendly! I would come back to this location and would recommend this location to friends.

This store has so many problems, because they need more employees. My daughter applied with availability for all shifts during the summer, then reduced hours during the school year. When I talked to the manager, he said they're only hiring for long-term positions. That's unrealistic and ridiculous to turn away great candidates who could really help. We have been customers since we moved here almost 6 years ago and will not be returning.
