I just went through the drive-through to pay seven dollars for my coffee only to be shoved a tip request in my face no good morning nothing then on top of that. I got handed my drink and it’s pouring out of the side and I asked for a napkin and she just shoves it at me and doesn’t say anything. What horrible service I will never ever ever go back disrespectful and also embarrassing to the Starbucks brand! Do better especially for expensive coffee

Service is good but it is too hot inside. Does the air conditioner work? I'm too old to be sitting in a hot building. I don't know how their employees can do it. My wife would faint if she had to do that. Everything is great but with air conditioning like this in Texas? Forget it.

Oh Starbucks. Do better. You are always out of ingredients to make drinks. Tried to order 3 different drinks. Each time you say you’re out of the stuff to make it. So you offered a couple ideas. I picked one. You then reply that you’re out of that too. What? So today I call because you’re a 10 minute drive. I ask if you have the ingredients to make a specific drink. You reply “yes?!” (rudely, like duh). I arrive and order the drink. And guess what? You were out.

Drive thru is so slow, food is normally cold. You'd have better luck going inside if u don't have little ones!
Plus they make the other drive thru drinks in no specific order! There were like 7 made and I sat there for like 12 minutes before mine was made!!!
I usually enjoy Starbucks, but today’s experience was disappointing. I ordered a drink with extra caramel as I always do typically, they drizzle it inside the cup and on top. This time, I didn’t see any extra caramel, and when I asked about it, the barista told me I needed to “specify” if I wanted it in the cup. That’s the first time I’ve ever heard that, and I’ve never had to clarify it before at any other location.
To make things worse, she handed me only two out of three drinks, slammed the window shut, and walked away without a word. I stayed there waiting, and when she came back, she asked, “Yes, what do you need?” with clear attitude. I told her I was missing a drink she checked, realized the mistake, and handed it to me without an apology, still with the same attitude.
Everyone has off days, but it doesn’t excuse rude service or making customers feel like they’re a bother. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for others.
This is the 4th time I am getting my cappuccino, they can’t get it right… simple drink every time they are consistently in consistent

I really don’t know why Starbucks is so famous? I’m going there because my kids like it but if it was my choice I wouldn’t go there. I prefer making my coffee at home… anyway, I really don’t like the behavior of the cashiers they’re not nice , their prices are high and every time I wanna pay they ask for tip and if you pay no tips they act really unfriendly, another thing is they put too much ice cubes in their drinks so you pay for ice cubes?!

The cappuccino is not a cappuccino!! Where is the chocolate or cinnamon powder? Where is the coffee taste? That was diluted with enormous amounts of foamed milk thatchers so hot that even waiting for 10 minutes did not help. The bacon, egg whatever is also not edible. I might have a different understanding of coffee or so - this is certainly nothing to look forward to.

I called this Starbucks to ask a simple question, “Do you have any new drinks?” The person on the phone literally said, “Check the website.” So I clarified, “I’m asking you though.” And instead of giving me an answer like a normal human being, they HUNG UP IN MY FACE.
Y’all, what happened to customer service?? I wasn’t being rude, I just wanted to know what was new before wasting my time driving there. If I wanted to read off a website, I wouldn’t have called. The attitude? Unnecessary. The hang-up? Unprofessional.
Won’t be coming back. Plenty of other coffee shops that know how to treat people like people. ✌🏽

Every time I come to this location, I NEVER receive good service! Not even acknowledged. Today, I waited for over 10 minutes without a single greeting. The store was completely empty. I cancelled my order and left. This is terrible!

Falling standards over time. Ordered ahead. Only 1 of my 2 drinks was ready. Stood there for a while. One of the baristas asked if we're waiting for something. We told her and she pointed to the sticker. After 5 minutes, it was still there. I asked who's making it and she played it off like I need to wait. She made at least 4 other drinks while I waited. Another guy took the sticker, put it aside and took the next one for the next order. Very annoying. It wasn't even that busy. What's the point of ordering ahead of you are going to make us wait. Very disappointed. Added to that the venti order was an inch off from the top. Then charge me a reduced price. Ridiculous.

I recently went through the drive-through at Starbucks and one of the employees I believe her name is Maddie was just very kind to me and just let me! I left in good spirits…so I just wanted to take the time to shout you out, Maddie and say thank you so much for making my day!
