I enjoyed my visit. It was clean inside and welcoming outside. Parking is limited as far as I could tell. Staff was friendly and worked to give us what we wanted.

The owner and manager of this store are terrible. Stuff always broke. Card machine won't take chip. God knows how long that will be broke. Their fountain drink machine was broke for like 3 or 4 months. This store might be clean and nice people but whoever is in charge of this store is terrible. Never going to try and go back even if I had cash. This is ridiculous. To top it off. There isn't many places to choose from in Fulshear so you would think theybwould take better care of their store. Just my opinion.

First time trying this location. It was obvious the girl was new because she didn’t know how to make the number 12 and instead proceeded to ask me what I want on it. We get to the end of the veggies and I said “avocado” she said “oh we are out of avocado” …now you tell me? Okay fine. Mayo, chipotle Mayo, and a little bit of mustard she SMOTHERED my sandwich In mustard. No only that but there was not really anything on the sandwich. When you closed the bread you couldn’t even see any veggies poking out. She then wanted to charge me for the number 12 and I told her no because they were out of avocado and I basically built my own anyway. Where the heck is management overseeing her training??? Waste of money. Hopes she gets better training. Won’t be back.

I come to this subway fairly often because I live near by. The service is usually okay, not great. Today I went and an employee named John was there. He was great. He gave me the best customer service I have had at this subway ever. He was super nice and and quick.

Ordered Salami, Pepperoni and chicken for my meats and got pepperoni with baloney. I wouldn’t have minded if I had chicken but they forgot that and gave me 90% baloney. My brother in Christ how do you mess up that bad.
Cancels orders, closes long before posted time, when you can order - it is wrong. Something has been going on here for quite a few years and it’s just sad to see it go downhill rapidly.

Place does not stay open until the posted time. I arrived just after 730p on a Monday night. Hours posted open till 9p. I knocked on the glass and the guy said they were closing even though the OPEN sign was lit and the posted hours were in plain view.

On the website it says they close at 9, so why is it when I pull up at 8:25 they are closed and it’s dark. At least if your closing at 8:30 close at that time not 5 min before. I pulled up another time a little after 8:30 and there open sign was still on but it was pitch dark. TERRIBLE
