I order take out from this place here and there. Food is always delicious. Last time, I mistakenly ordered at wrong location. Lady at the front desk was kind enough to call other location, cancel my order and make fresh food for me. Amazing service.

I made an order online for pickup. After arriving home, I found that they had not given me my side of Flamin Hot Cheeto fries. I immediately called the store to let them know. The two people that I ended up speaking to apparently thought I was lying because they asked me over and over if I'm sure I didn't receive the fries. When I asked for a refund on the item, they refused. I'm super disappointed in this place as the food I did receive was yummy. Too bad the customer...

I ordered 3 half orders of Urban Fries through the UberEats app, where there was a deal for buy 1 get 1 free. On the app, it showed a price of about $22. I ate at the store and noticed that they charged 8.50 extra even though i had the deal for buy 1 get 1 free. The workers, however, didnt give anything back or an extra urban fries. No apology either. Not coming back.
