We’ve been visiting Victor’s Mexican Grilled for many years, including the original location, and have always enjoyed amazing food and service. Unfortunately, our experience today was different. The service was lacking—we were often ignored, and the booth we were seated at was pushed in so tightly that we barely fit. We’re not plus-sized, so this has never been an issue before.
Our server largely ignored us, though other staff helped keep our drinks filled. My husband’s order was incorrect, and the server never checked in to see how things were. The atmosphere also felt off, which was unusual for this restaurant. Despite these issues, the food was still good, even if one of the dishes wasn’t what we ordered.

This was my first time here, with many more to come. The greeting was warm and welcoming. The staff were amazing, courteous, helpful, attentive, and professional. The food was magnificent. I had the beef fajita meal with flour tortillas, black refried beans and chile torreados. Everything was delicious. The cheeses are freshly grated!
