The egg and bacon kolaches are all bread They don’t have almost nothing inside.
After my errands, I decided to take the "scenic" route home using the Washburn Tunnel and driving through Galena Park. I was starting to get hungry, but really didn't want a burger. Then I thought of Shipley Do-Nuts! They usually have decent kolaches. So, I pulled in. The employee was busy with a drive-thru customer. As soon as she finished with her drive-thru, she quickly attended me. And yes, they still had fresh ham & cheese kolaches. Also, bought two plain buttermilk cake donuts. That was all I wanted or needed. The employee didn't have a name badge, but the receipt reads: Nayruvik, as user. She had a pleasant smile and face, but was otherwise really quiet. All in all a good visit.
Parking: Plenty of parking available for this location.

Just went there today 5/14/23 at around 18:40 hrs. I'm an Officer and went with my partner, my experience with the young lady attending was upsetting, she was rude, and the service she provided was poor, she made me feel like I was a burden for her. Shipley's management is responsible for her attitude, for one she was working alone, and two if you do not have the disposition to serve, you shouldn't be working in that capacity. There are many other donut places that provide a better product with a better service, sorry but I won't go back.

What is the point of the drive thru when they don't even pay attention to it? We sat there and the staff helped everyone inside even if they came in after we already pulled up. The staff looked at us multiple times and didn't even talk to us or anything. We waited the 15 minutes and they still helped everybody in the lobby and completely ignored the drive thru.

I give them 5 stars. Every time I go they are open, never busy and great customer service. Always greeteed when I walk in. Breakfast Sandwiches are the best. The Girl with the tattoos is Awesome!!!!! Definitely Recommend....
