Great food, nice relaxing atmosphere.
Best raw milk around. Amazing service and delicious food. Feels like family.
Melissa is just an awesome chef. Her farm to table cuisine is to die for good! Their farm, brewery, and store/ restaurant is a must do if you are in the area!
I started this Boondockers journey a year ago. I have been many places.. I am going to try to explain in a few words how amazing this place is, without it turning into a long-winded speech... Farm to table food, craft beer that puts the west coast craft beer scene to shame, funny down to earth hosts that can melt your heart with their hospitality. Thank you Vern and Melissa, your home is magical the food is divine, and we will always come back to this place when we come through.
Great little market with great food and friendly people!
The burgers were fantastic. The out of way place is perfect. We will be back. Brought home fresh milk.
The brew barn is awesome. They let me rent out their facility for my wife's surprise birthday party. They went above and beyond to make it a special day for my wife and our guests. They had decorations, music, awesome food and beers. I can't thank them enough for setting it up and making our time there great. 4C Brew Barn all the way.
Best food in town ?Really good and unique food and the owners are super friendly!!!! Lots of homegrown and homemade products. Never ever have found a beer that I like until we came here! Must try
Nice, quaint little getaway for travelers with RVs to park overnight. They also have a little RV for overnight rent. You wake up to horses, cows, and chickens right outside your door! You can also get fresh cow milk, eggs, pork, and beef right from their general store along with fresh salsa and baked goods!! They also have an above ground swimming pool for those hot days! Melissa and Vernon Lang are awesome hosts and go above and beyond to make you comfortable!!
My husband and I ate dinner Friday night. We both had Waygu cheeseburgers and they were delish!! My favorite thing was that they toasted the buns.

An amazing slice of heaven! Fresh eggs, milk, and meats to purchase, not to mention craft beer! Melissa usually has homemade treats such as cinnamon rolls and sourdough bread available. Their store is set on gorgeous land with plenty to explore...including ponds and tons of animals, both their livestock including chickens, cows, and horses; and wildlife such as deer and several species of beautiful birds.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this stop to anyone in the area, as well as those of you who may have to travel a bit to get here. I made it a stop on my way up to CO from south TX and it will now be a regular stop when I'm traveling, even if I have to go out of my way!I'd give it 10 stars if possible!
Camped here for the night through Harvest Host. Hands down, the best HH experience I’ve ever had. Melissa and Vernon are SO friendly and welcoming. So disappointed that they were sold out of so much of their beef but I guess that is a testament to how good it is. The things we did try (cranberry bread, sausage, cream, salsa) were off the charts delicious. We loved that all the animals are free roaming on the farm. How often do you have a cow wondering into your campsite? Even my golden retriever loved our stay!
Great property with great people. Plenty of animals around to see
Such a cool place! We set up camp here and then had their homemade brew!
