It seems the quality of the product has gone down over the years. I used to love the onion rings and now they taste bland. The service was just so,so. It was after 2 p.m.nand several tables needed attention. The floors needed a good moping and the restrooms were out of hand soap.

My husband always has an issue with his order. He's very unhappy when he goes. Some of the stuff is great. Some have attitudes that not so much.
This particular Burger King is our favorite when we choose fast food. They keep the fries fresh and provide top notch customer service! I sincerely appreciate how they interact with customers

I came in tonight to get the Philly cheesesteak chicken wraps and it was almost hilarious how they served me four sloppy and ridiculously made Philly cheesesteak wraps. They should contain, chicken, cheese, dressing or sauce, and bell peppers. They gave me lettuce and sauce only!!! Wrapped very sloppy! Even the paper was wrapped horribly! The Philly cheesesteaks don’t even contain lettuce???!!! I immediately returned and asked for my money back. Do NOT go to this Burger King. Stop at Elgin or whatever is available after this location but do NOT stop in Giddings.

We have been sitting out front of business and it was to be open at 6am and it's now 6:30. There is one employee here but he can't open till manager is here.
