Have passed through Giddings, TX for years and finally stopped to try it out. It’s a charming, but a very smokey atmosphere (in a good BBQ way), Could use a little cleaning up, but we came to eat. Food was amazing!! Got the half chicken and brisket and they were incredible. Beans and tater salad were wonderful. Got our food to go to eat in the car since we had our pup. Big mistake. Plan to eat inside since they only serve their food on butcher paper. Iced tea was a huge disappointment....

Classic American Meat Market also serving Texas Style Smoked Barbecue, including the options of Brisket, Chicken, Sausage and Ribs with sides including Beans and Potato Salad. I enjoyed my lunch and stopped for a quick break while in transit on a work assignment.
