Went in today for a steak finger basket and a belt buster combo. The steak fingers are so hard I can’t chew them. Seems like they been there since yesterday and reheated

I went in on my lunch break from work, and the employee named Jonathan was very friendly and had excellent customer service. He was busy with orders and making sure the tables were wiped off and clean. Will for sure be going back!

Everytime I stop at dairy queen it is a very pleasant experience. Staff are happy to be helpful. The food is always fresh. I lost my receipt from my last purchase so I can't do a review that corporate will see but I'm a happy customer none the less. Great customer service!!!

Stopped in on Saturday evening around 10:20pm on our way through headed to Houston. This location closes at 11pm (per posted hours)..we sat at the menu board for 10 minutes, said hello, hello..no acknowledgement. So I then pull around to the window and there is a car sitting waiting for their food...the girl at the window leans her head out looks at me and goes right back in, turns her back and closes the window. I sat there another 10min before getting frustrated and driving off. 20min wasted in a drive thru and all I needed was 1 ice cream. If you're running slow, that's fine but a little common courtesy goes a long way. You guys were NOT busy at all. A simple acknowledgement is all that is needed in this situation. Sonic was able to get us in and out in half the time!
