I went in on my lunch break from work, and the employee named Jonathan was very friendly and had excellent customer service. He was busy with orders and making sure the tables were wiped off and clean. Will for sure be going back!
Everytime I stop at dairy queen it is a very pleasant experience. Staff are happy to be helpful. The food is always fresh. I lost my receipt from my last purchase so I can't do a review that corporate will see but I'm a happy customer none the less. Great customer service!!!
Bought a small Sundae and they barely even filled the sundae cup up halfway with ice cream. I mentioned it to the server, and he just said, " Well, you ordered a small so..." I mean, I get it, I did, but there wasn't but about a quarter cup of ice cream total. Maybe 4 bites, and it was gone. Doubt I ever stop there again when passing through Giddings
