ALWAYS check your order before leaving. I have ordered several times and every time, something has been left out of the order. For the amount of money the food costs, everything should be included. Spending $50 on a meal, things should not be left out. This has happened with drive thru ordering and online ordering.

Horrible service lady at window kept shoving cups and food in my hand very hard for no reason and so I brush that off well get him my girlfriend had ordered corn nuggets as a side to her chicken sandwich but when we get home there’s nothing there which has never happen before so now we are upset I myself ordered a 2 peice fried chicken with a side of potato’s well open the box nothing but two thighs which the menu says 1 thigh and 1 breast so where’s the breast that’s a lot of food/chicken that I paid for that I didn’t get won’t be back for a while need better service and making sure there putting the right meals together correctly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed. Went through drive thru, ordered 8 piece family meal and a large UNSWEET tea. Had to repeat the order twice, is the menu that difficult for order takers? When I got my order, the tea was too sweet to drink, asked for a small gravy and got 2, got this huge order of okra which was overcooked. Chicken was cold and dry. Cashier was not friendly, acted like she didn't want to be there. Won't go back.

Last night I had stopped around 9pm to get myself a chicken sandwich, because for the most part every other location has had the best sandwich (imo). The chicken is always juicy and perfectly crisp with a warm soft bun. Last night was not the case. The chicken was hot but very difficult to chew, the bun was hard as a rock, my fries tasted like old burnt oil and corn. Which I can honestly say has never happened before at other locations. They were also out of Sweet Tea, which being an hour till close kinda sucked but I can understand that part. The woman at the window was at least very sweet. I stopped here with an hour left to drive home having driven about 20 minutes away, turning around last night wasn't an option especially since by the time Id get there they would be closed.
Maybe it was a bag night for them, who knows. But check your food before you drive off to avoid disappointment.

Drive thru stop on the way to Austin every trip. Hot and fresh.
It was about 50 degrees inside. Employees can't adjust the thermostat. It was miserable. But the food was good and hot thank God. We had to get blankets out of the car to tolerate the cold. And it's July...in Texas. Get it to go.

I've always liked Golden Golden chick, but today, we walked and 4 teenagers standing behind the counter, just looking at each other like they had to decide who had to help the customers, no can I help you, hello, just a look like crap, another customer... then the Pimento Crunchwich, which I've been wanting to try, was horrible. First off the bun was hard as a rock, there was more pimento cheese around the edges and bottom of the box than there was on the sandwich... sad, my husband's meal was better, but it's hard to mess up 2 pieces of chicken and some potatoes on a plate... won't be back there any time soon....
