We stopped in to the Santa Fe steakhouse late on a Saturday night with only about 20 minutes closing time. They sat us down they served us an amazing meal they did not hurry up the food was great and they were ever so kind thank you so much!

The food was good but the service was absolutely horrible. The server Jose didn't ask me what temperature I wanted my steak, he didn't bring me A1 didn't come and check on me at all I had to hunt down another server to get what I needed. I've never done this before but I did not tip .I feel absolutely horrible but I don't.

Very bad experience, the waitress who turned out to be the owner has a terrible attitude, we heard how she was making racist comments about other customers with an other waitress while we were leaving and to make it worse we got overcharged and never got a refund.

We eat here often, and the food and service is always very good. Steaks are primo!
Food was good and experience was good up until a homeless man came in. He was asking if we were finished with our food. Acted as if he was going to take broccoli of my wife's plate. She didn't eat anything after that. For $52.00 I would expect to have a homeless man attempting to take or beg for food. The worst part was the staff did nothing other than apologize.
This was our 1st time here. Not sure we will be back.

Came here on a whim while passing through. A little hesitant cause of yelp reviews… but very happy we did. Came within two hours of closing, but had great service, and steak cooked to a perfect medium rare. Rolls were sweet and warm. Only ask is that they base some meat to the salad bar, but other than that would absolutely come again next time we’re passing through!

Quick Review - food overall is enjoyable. Steak was cooked right and the sides were decent. Staff was relatively attentive and atmosphere is ok.
Detailed Review Food - I got a bacon wrapped fillet minion with a beef soup and steamed vegis side. The steak was ordered rate and they hit that well. The meat was seasoned a bit less than expected but some salt from the table handled that. I would put it in range of personal preference and not the restaurant under seasoning. The steamed vegis came out complete mush though. They disinfected in your mouth to a mush. No seasoning on them. The beef soup I had was solid. Again under seasoned and on the restaurant for that. I had a Texas tea adult beverage which was 100% excellent.
Staff - I came in a large group and they did get everyone's drinks and food to them in a reasonable amount of time. Refills came slower than I would have liked but it was a large group so won't ding em on that. They did make us go to the register in order to separate the bill though. That was a pain.
Atmosphere - it's a mid range here. Basic decoration and dinneware. It's open and more people in the building raises the volume a lot more. It's definitely a casual restaurant in atmosphere.
Final thoughts - entrees are done well the sides are hot or miss depending on what you get. The place is a solid place to eat if you want reasonably good food at a bit higher costing than I think it should be for what they served. Look to spend 15-30 a person.
