The manager kept telling us that there is no more happy hour which there is do not recommend very upsetting

They ran out of 12 inch chilli cheese dogs so I was forced against my will to purchase 6 inch chilli cheese dogs
Plug into the what thought was the side drive thru for bigger trucks since I was driving one and a lady came out to tell me it wasn't a drive thru since there was no window. With my truck I've always went to that spot what changed now
Service is always good, employees are nice but the last 2 times I have gotten my sonic blast the toppings were only mixed in the first inch or two and very light with the toppings, every other location I get the same blast and its mixed to the bottom. Kinda disappointing that's its such a small amount and only in the first few bites then its just a cup of ice cream

Fast food definitely not! Presses red button, no one ever replied sat for 20 min still no one. Went to kiosk right in front of door to order , waited another 20 min for food ! Girl came out with food I said no mayonnaise on burger right ? She said no mayo comes on that burger twice she said it , yep mayo was on burger ! Fries ice cold and my corn dog tastes like shoe leather. Do not go to this Sonic worst one we have ever been to and we love Sonic ! Zero stars for sure!

The employees are awesome, the foods is great fresh and hot when you get it. But ordering online is a travesty because when you check in, there are never any stalls number signs. Half the stalls are broken from either wind or people hitting them, and they can never hear the commutation inside. The facility really needs more upkeep if your going to operate in the texas wind tunnel.
Follow up owner expeditionially made repairs and it is now convenient and warming to pick up online orders using the two dedicated spots. I am unsure however why online the dragon fruit redbull charger is not sour flavor anymore. It is not the same and only thing I could do was add a double shot of lime.

It took 25 minutes to get my food just now. 15 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order. I think their system times out at 10 minutes, so I had to click the button again and wait another 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Then, another 10 minutes of waiting for my food. That’s 25 minutes for “fast food.” At least the guy who brought my food out was nice. Schedule more people, this is unacceptable! Plus, they forgot my honey mustard and the chicken tenders are too dry and hard to eat without sauce.
Absolutely slow location, was not able to order because the order boards were not working. This location also turned off mobile ordering so we had to continue on our trip and stop in Brenham to get Sonic

I ordered 4 chicken sandwich’s and a double cheeseburger on DoorDash, the delivery was fine no issues, out of the 4 chicken sandwich’s i could only chew 1 of them the other 3 were to hard i fed them to men dog $36 and change. I wont order from you again!!

This is the only Sonic we continue to have issues at. When we order drinks, we pay for cherries and strawberries and never get them. We ordered a coke, root beer, coke zero, and Dr. Pepper and they bring the drinks out with not a single identifying marker. No one wants to have to sip someone else's drink to figure out which is which. And this isn't a one off. It's a common occurrence and it's frustrating because it's not that hard to just press the top. This place has not been run right since Julian left years ago.
I do have to say that when Gabriella is there things are done right. Kris is also on top of things. Dania and Lilly work so hard and are always so pleasant. But when those four are not working, count on your drinks being incorrect or not marked because the rest of the employees seem not to care at all.
Sonic keeps changing managers but no one comes in with the intention of improving the place.

I know they didn’t know a 3 year old was going to be eating one of these but that’s beside the point… the food was AWFUL. I ordered food at 7:15p ish and didn’t get it until 8:00p.
