Two days in a row. Asked for light ice. Even reiterated that vehemently today. What did I get? A $4.50 cup of ice with a little bit of drink in it. They have an issue taking instructions. I also ordered a whip cream pup cup and a small cup of water. No pup cup. I had to send the nice young lady back to get a whipped cream pup cup. They have gotten better at answering the red button in a timely manner, but Giddings kids are rude. And they have the customer service of an African safari predator.

Every time I stop here I'm quickly reminded why I just don't...this is by far the worst Sonic I world history. My order is always wrong, it always take 20 minutes just to answer the call and some rude teen or young person without any customer service is on the other end.."is that it..is that it.." after every item like they rush or you messed up their day.. this has to be like the worse...I sat for 15 minutes no one ever answered the call...not busy nothing and I was here yesterday and couldn't even get a drink....I don't use these words lightly but I HATE GIDDINGS TX SONIC AND ALL THAT WORKS THERE!!! I been in food service over 20 years and this is a disgrace. And this is years of this Sonic in giddings falling g short not just some bad day.
