They prioritize the drive thru because they are timed at drive thru. That's what the manager told me. So your telling me that walk in people get served last because YOU want to look like your doing a good job. That's BS. I go there all the time i like everyone that works there but that needs to change. I'm tired of it.

Ana, working the drive thru, has horrible customer service skills. I’ve been in the industry for quite some time and I am astounded with her poor attitude, and overall demeanor. I simply asked to wait under the shade so that I and the other workers would not get soaked from the rain, which was too difficult of a request. There was no one else in line as well, so it wasn’t like I was holding up the line. Please do better, as this makes all Starbucks and service workers look bad.

I went to Starbucks Giddings this morning to try the new cortado drink. It is soooo good. The staff is always friendly to me here, even when they’re super busy they do their best to ensure a positive experience.

Poor service and bad coffee! Americano was watery. Unfortunately, my recent visits to Starbucks in many different locations have often resulted in bad coffee and poor service.

We stopped on our way from Austin to Katy here. The service was ridiculously poor and the employee (Ana) who took our order was rude and was not willing to listen to our order. It was 9am in the morning and the store wasn't crowded too. I clearly mentioned I needed two orders of tall cappuccinos and one order of a small cappuccino. If I wasn't audible, she could've requested me to repeat the order. Instead, she got so worked up, walked towards the cups, snatched two sizes and yelled at me to confirm the sizes. I have been a frequent Starbucks customer for the past 7 years but never have I experienced such unprofessional behavior.

I don't know if she was new or what but... rude she was also a brunette with braids!! Pay attention to that! That one does not spend $4 dlls but more than $12.00 and it is an abuse!!
