Burger/cheeseburger baskets are top notch! Friendly counter staff, clean facilities, and decent prices will keep me coming back. I even met the owners and appreciate them taking the time to chat.

Heard about this place while living in Colorado Springs. So once we moved here, you know we had to try. On our first visit, as soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendly hellos. We both had the cheeseburger basket. Oh my, best first bite of a cheeseburger I've had. You can taste the freshness of the meat. Seriously. Also, the seasoning was spot on. On our second visit we went on a Sunday morning for the brisket sammich that was recommended by Denise on our first visit. Sooooo tender. Very good BBQ sauce on the side along with pickles and onions. Excellent bun. Wife had the onion rings, I had the okra. Both fried crisp in fresh oil. Ok, I have never liked banana pudding. The wife got it and I tried it. This was a whole new experience. I'm guessing my whole life I've never had the real deal. Chad's banana pudding will now be a regularity in my diet. Lol. Yes, it's that good. Can't go wrong here. Not a huge menu. They've definitely just decided to be the best at the items they want to cook. We'll try the chicken wings when we go back again in a few days.. Very reasonable pricing. Parking is a bit hard when busy though.

Ac doesn't ever work good in this place. Probably be fine in the winter. I'm just not fond of sweating and eating. Food is good but my complaints are they don't have ice or cups. You want something to drink you get bottled water or canned soft drink. They now have a sign on the door for the previous public restroom is now not for the public use anymore. Food is good but I won't be back. I use to eat here about once a month due to the above issues but now I'm done.

I was driving through Gladewater today and decided to try Chad's for lunch based on their reviews. It did not disappoint. I was warmly greeted, and had the best bacon cheeseburger with fresh cut fries! The food was cooked fresh and perfectly seasoned. I will be back next time I'm in the area.
