I debated whether or not to write this review because up until recently, I've had nothing but positive things to say about the Domino's here in Gladewater. Key words. Up until recently. I don't know what happened. The food is way worse. They mess up orders, then I have to have them remade and they're messed up again. The people there that are usually nice aren't there anymore and it's all gone downhill. Super disappointed cause I loooooove Domino's. :( don't know if I'll make a return.

Always a great experience at this location, the staff are friendly and fast and the pies are delicious, especially the hand tossed meatzza . I always get thrle 9.99 per pizza specials . You can customize it . Thanks

We really enjoy eating and shopping as local as possible. We chose to buy pizza from domino's and so far we haven't been disappointed. I must say that I wish the thin crust pizza was cut differently but other than that we always get good service and fresh food from this location. The employees so far have been nice to us too.

5 Stars - Absolutely fantastic experience at Domino's today! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hellos. I asked for my pizza extra burnt, and they made it perfectly! The incredible customer service and delicious, perfectly prepared pizza truly brightened my day. Thank you for the smiles! Kudos to everyone that works at DP in Gladewater your lucky to have all of them on your team

I walked in and got me a pizza. It was good pizza. I ate it. Fair price

I had a time order and I didn’t arrive until 10 minutes after my order. They told me to wait 10 minutes and didn’t get it until 45 minutes later. There’s a reason for a time order…

Order on online and app says ready but they are never ready and say can you give us another 10 minutes and it's always the apps fault or so and so.
I do not recommend this location and it's management's fault employees

We ordered our food around 11:30AM this morning, we never received the food until almost 1:30PM. When the food was delivered the driver stated that the previous driver had delivered the food to the incorrect address due to their phones map, which is understandable the street i live on has an East and West side. When finally receiving the food this is the mac and cheese i was given which was completely unacceptable. When calling the store and speaking with the manager on duty at 1:30 pm i was met with a rude attitude. I told the manager what the issue was and his response was “your address was wrong in our system” which isn’t what was told to us by the driver and when that as brought to the managers attention his only explanation was that it was a new driver delivering the food. The original driver who brought us the food had said the driver who had delivered it to the incorrect address had it wrong on their personal maps. I was given 2 options of they could either remake the food and send it back out and wait an additional 45 minutes or i could get the food refunded, neither of which were acceptable. I did get the order remade and resent back as well as refunded but the way the manager spoke to me was completely unprofessional, he attempted to make it seem like it was my fault for the order being delivered to the wrong address when it was on the driver who delivered the original order

Tried ordering chicken wings but wanted all flats. They told me that they couldn't do it because it messes up their inventory. I will have to go to Wing Stop, Buffalo Wild Wings, Bubba's and Moe's Pizza and a few other places. Lost my business.

Won’t be returning after a 2nd mess up ! Forgot one of our pizzas , called talked to manage and she told us to come get it and she will make us some cinnamon sticks. Get there girl at window is rude as heck AGAIN and just hands us the pizza and shuts the window and no cinnamon sticks so the manager is a liar .

I wish I could give less than one star. I ordered a pizza from Domino's in Gladewater, Texas, and it arrived without any Alfredo sauce. When I called to address the issue, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their behavior was completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with both the food and the service. I won't be ordering from here again. So much for hometown hero’s ? what a joke ! 5/24/2024 LITERALLY JUST CHEESE AND PEPPERONIS
