Would give a 5star but sometimes my order is wrong. I ordered 2 Philly steak sandwiches, used the pick up window and when I got to the lake to eat before fishing I had 2 tots orders. Tried calling the store but no one would ever answer the phone and I was stuck w the wrong

Very poor customer service. Ordered a pasta dish for delivery. Specifically ordered NO ONIONS. My order arrived and it was full of onions. Called the store and told them, but their only response was that it would take 90 minutes or more to get a correct order delivered. Said they would credit it to my next order. Here I sit now with nothing to eat because they refused to correct THEIR MISTAKE in a timely fashion. Yet, they think I will reorder from them in the future. How arrogant! Guess it would cost them too much to actually hire people who can read.

Ordered on the app for pickup and it showed on the app the order was ready at 11:44. Arrived at 11:50 and they say they are behind because the manager is new and they haven't started my food. It's 1210 and still haven't received my food. The people in front had 3 pizzas wrong. Not impressed by the visit today.

This is probably the best Domino's we've ever ordered from. We're from out of town and was traveling through so we placed an order online for pick up and it was ready within 12 minutes. Was fresh, warm and tasted great. The employees here are outstanding, professional and very friendly! Highly recommended!
The dominos in Gladewater is under new management and the new staff is great. I ordered a pizza and the new cheddar bacon tots and it was ready in 15 minutes and it was hot. The new staff greeted me when I walked in the door. They took care of me and made sure everything was correct. I can't complain but I would encourage everyone to give it another try for the new staff and the new management team.

Great Dominos store and open till 11:00pm, which is later than any other places for food in Gladewater. They always get my order correct and have a convenient pick-up window, so you don't even have to get dressed, except waist up.

Listen Linda, Listen! I love ordering from here. Food is always hot and well cooked. I prefer this over Pizza Hut any day. The flavors from Dominos are much superior than Pizza Hut in my opinion. Let's not even bring Little Ceasars into this debate. I don't eat cardboard. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza is lit fam, fr fr, ong (Or whatever it is the children say, no cap!). This be straight up bussin'.
