The worst Bacon Egg and cheese biscuit I have ever had. The biscuit tasted like a canned biscuit, the egg tased like it was a frozen egg, the cheese had no flavor the only thing that tasted half way decent was the bacon. I only had one bite because it had a weird aftertaste.
I stopped coming here until recently because this place has been known to change prices randomly or charge you for things you never even got but i decided i wanted something quick and close and to my “surprise” I got charged twice for one item and was even charged for a item that they did not have but did not tell me till they tried to give me something completely different and I had to tell them I wanted a refund instead of a random item

Place has really good doughnuts. Sour cream is mine and my dad's personal go-to when we come here.
Would like to talk more to the cute Asian girl behind counter.

I stopped at the Donut Box in Gladewater to get some donuts for my final visit to the Texas Oncology in Longview. Wanted to drop the donuts off for the staff of the cancer center as a parting gift. All the staff seemed to enjoy the donuts as I did and thought that they were very good. Very fresh. Very tasty and very good looking. Can't beat that for fresh donuts. A Little out of the way of the normal path but otherwise it was worth the visit.Michael Carr@ETexasRealtor

When you're having to wait 5 to 7 minutes per car on already pre-made food is beyond ridiculous. I dont know if they realize they are losing a 3rd of their customer base for overly long wait times.

We initially was going to dine in but with our 1 year old it was not a option without a high chair, so we went through the drive through. The order was placed and paid for, then handed our food. Before leaving I always check my purchase to verify its all there and I realized some was left no problem the nice lady gave us the food and a extra doughnut then we left and I realized we forgot a drink so we turned around and walked in and I got the drink. The food was all good and the lady helping us was very nice. Everytime I've been here the food is all good and the folks working here are always very nice.

They are good. I know donuts because I worked in two different donut places. Most recently was 5 or 6 years ago
