Service is nothing short of abysmal. Gave zero stars because I can't give negative stars .... I've been sat at a table for 30+ minutes and not even a hint of anyone wanting to take my order. Can't believe a business can survive with this bad a level of service. There's literally 6 people here and the only people being served at 2 guys sat at the bar. This isn't even the first time, its the 2nd time in 3 days.
If your not a "member" don't even think about trying to eat here.

The food today was amazing & the staff was so very friendly. Once again, lovely way to celebrate Mother’s Day at lunch.
Had breakfast there, waitress argued with us insisting we ordered a waffle instead French toast. She literally went back and forth with me 3 times! We ordered crispy hashbrowns and they came out a pile of mush. She never checked on us, never brought ketchup which I guess was fine since the hashbrowns were not edible. We will not be back!

I was very disappointed with the service and food at neptunes last night. My husband and I have eaten there for breakfast and lunch and were very pleased but last night was not the same at all. Our server wasn't very friendly and didn't seem interested in helping with questions. And the food was really awful...we got Chili which was just a pile of hamburger with some seasoning. My sandwich was burned on one side but our server never came back to check on us so I could tell her. Maybe this was an isolated incident but I don't know if we want to give it another try.
We love Neptune’s for a laid back drink, appetizers, and good food! Kid friendly and awesome staff!

Had a delightful lunch of an Angus Burger and Chicken Salad with grapes, apple, and apricots! It was really good and staff was on the mark and very friendly. And awesome homemade chips too!
Creative cocktails!! Tuesday night event nights have been fun & there's always a friendly staff working! The outdoor patio has a gorgeous view.
