Service is always w a smile and for the most part in a timely manner. However food is very inconsistent sometimes amazing other times not so much... The hours of operation are a bit shaky as well most nights almost all the outside lights are turned off other than drive thru sign giving the impression it's closed sometimes as early as 930pm...

Sonic used to be great. Now it's just another fast food burger joint. Sodas used to be a big thing, but now it's flat, with just enough syrup to change the color. I'll never visit again. It's been on the decline everywhere.

Ordered 60 dollars worth of food. The girl that brought the food out forgot our drinks and acted inconvenienced when we asked for them. The footlong chili cheese dog was completely cold. The bread was cold and and the weenie was cold. The grilled cheeses were the worst part. They cooked it cheese side down then put bread on top. The cheese is inedible and completely burnt. I have pictures of them to post when I figure out how. Worst experience ever at this location. Will not return.

Tiffany who brought our food out was nice but the person taking our order got everything WRONG, no idea if the speaker was messed up or what but the order wasn’t even repeated back and I had told him my order three times, the screen with my order was incorrect so I corrected him, it was still wrong. I hit the red button again to repeat my order which he said correctly that time had still came out wrong such as wrong number of items or wrong sizes of shakes. Only ONE out of six items were correct when they came out.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge. My wife brought it home. It was melting out the side had to put it over the sink and there was hardly any hot fudge. I will never ever ever go there again for nothing especially a hot fudge sundae after that that ruined me thank you Gladewater sonic

First time back since they reopened and was not pleased at all. Wait time was extremely long, burger was completely burnt beyond being edible, and cheese sticks was rubber. Will not be returning to this location.
